Problems to be solved by the invention In the above liquid fuel combustion device, if even a slight gap is formed at the connection between the bottom wall of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and the communication pipe, for example by caulking, the internal The oil remaining on the upper surface of the bottom wall of the cylinder flows downward on the outer surface of the communicating pipe from the gap, and further travels from the gap between the bottom wall of the outer cylinder and the connecting pipe to the lower surface of the bottom wall of the outer cylinder,
Spreading outward, it drips into the oil sump of the drain pan. However, in this type of liquid fuel combustion device, the flame may enter the inside of the storage chamber from the gas injection hole, causing the temperature of the combustion tube to rise abnormally. Therefore, in order to prevent such abnormal combustion, a burner thermometer (for example, a bimetal thermometer) is installed on the lower surface of the bottom wall of the outer cylinder (taking advantage of the fact that when abnormal combustion occurs, the temperature of the bottom wall of the inner cylinder becomes higher than during normal use). If a thermometer is installed to stop combustion, the oil will be transmitted to the burner thermometer, then travel down the lead wire extending downward from the burner thermometer, and flow from this lead wire to a location other than the oil sump in the drain pan.
There was a problem with oil staining other parts.

い。 In the liquid fuel combustion device configured as described above, when the ignition operation at the start of combustion is not performed well or after combustion is stopped, the bottom wall 1 of the inner cylinder 1
The unburned liquid fuel in A remains as recondensed liquid fuel. At this time, if a gap is formed at the connection part between the bottom wall 1A of the inner cylinder 1 and the bottom wall 2A of the outer cylinder 2 and the through cylinder 16, the bottom wall as shown by the arrow in FIG. The liquid fuel above 1A is transmitted from the gap to the lower surface of the bottom wall 2A via the outer surface of the penetrating cylinder 16. Then, the liquid fuel spreads on the lower surface of the bottom wall 2A, reaches the electrical component 30 in the mounting bracket 31, and is transmitted from the electrical component 30 to the lead wires 41, 42. Further, the liquid fuel is transmitted downward along the inclined portions 41A, 42A of the lead wires 41, 42. Then, it moves toward the lead wire support member 38 at the lowest end of the inclined portions 41A and 42A. The oil is then dripped from the bent portions of the lead wires 41 and 42 of the lead wire support portion 38 into the oil sump portion 24 of the drain pan 20 .
Note that the remaining portions of the lead wires 41 and 42 are bent from the lead wire support portion 38 and extend obliquely upward toward the blower guide tube 19, so that the liquid fuel does not flow from the lead wire support portion 38 toward the blower guide tube 19. It never flows.

る。 The liquid fuel combustion device according to the present invention is configured as described above, and when the liquid fuel combustion device starts combustion, the unburned liquid fuel or the recondensed liquid fuel is used when the ignition operation is defective or when combustion is stopped. remains on the bottom wall 1A or 2A of the inner cylinder 1, and the liquid fuel on the bottom wall 1A or 2A passes through between the bottom wall 1A and the bottom wall 2A and the penetrating cylinder 16, and the liquid fuel passes through the space between the bottom wall 1A and the bottom wall 2A and the through cylinder 16, and the liquid fuel is transferred to the bottom surface of the bottom wall 2A. When the liquid fuel reaches and spreads, it is transmitted from the electrical component 30 to the lead wires 41 and 42 and reaches the bent part of the lead wire support part 38 above the oil sump part 24 of the drain pan 20, but this bent part Since it is the lowest end, the liquid fuel drips from the bent portion and is received by the oil reservoir portion 24 .
As a result, the lead wires 41 and 42 are connected to the electrical component 30.
It is possible to prevent the liquid fuel that has been transmitted to the drain pan 20 from being transmitted to or dripping onto parts below the drain pan 20, such as a fan case, and to prevent the liquid fuel from contaminating the parts or from the liquid fuel flowing from the parts below to other parts. or spread to the outside can be avoided.

Since the lead wire was supported by the lead wire support member so that the lower end of the sloped part was located above the oil sump part of the drain pan, for example, the connection between the through pipe passing through the bottom wall of the combustion pipe and the bottom wall was If a gap occurs between the two, and unburned oil or recondensed oil passes through the gap and spreads to the lower surface of the bottom wall when the ignition is malfunctioning when starting combustion or when combustion stops, etc. The oil transmitted from the electrical component to the lead wire is allowed to drip from the lower end of the inclined portion of the lead wire to the oil reservoir, thereby preventing the oil from being transmitted to or dripping from parts other than the drain pan. As a result, we installed an electrical component on the lower surface of the bottom wall of the combustion tube to prevent abnormal combustion, which detects the temperature rise on the bottom wall of the combustion tube and stops combustion. It is possible to prevent oil from spreading to other parts through the lead wires, contaminating those parts, or leaking oil to the outside.
