(57)【要約】 【目的】厚物木質材からなる壁部材に引き戸を一体に形
成して、強度と施工性を向上するととともに、美観の改
善を図る。 【構成】壁部材本体（１）が、厚物木質材を要素とし、
該壁部材本体（１）の下部の任意な箇所に、欠除部
（２）を形成し、該欠除部（２）よりさらに溝穴（３）
を形成したものである。上記欠除部（２）には敷居材
（４）・鴨居材（５）を設け、溝穴（３）には開いた際
の引き戸の収納部を設けたものである。

本考案は、引き戸を備えた壁部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の一般住宅の壁部には引き戸を設ける際、壁幅の半分に敷居や鴨居材を設 けており、引き戸を開いた際にも、引き戸は壁部の表面あるいは裏面に露出して おり、体裁の悪いものであった。
【０００３】 また、さらに、引き戸を開いた際に位置する箇所は壁部は全体のほぼ半分の厚 みしかなく、見た目に貧弱であり、強度的にも弱いものであった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、この考案は、上記の各欠点を除去するために考案さたものであって、 強度があり、壁部材に引き戸を一体に形成し、見た目に体裁もよく、施工の簡単 な引き戸を備えた壁部材を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこでこの考案は、住宅等の壁を形成する壁部材において、厚物木質材を壁部 材本体とし、該壁部材本体の下部の任意な箇所に、欠除部を形成し、該欠除部よ りさらに溝穴を形成し、欠除部には敷居材・鴨居材を設け、溝穴には開いた際の 引き戸の収納部を設けたことを特徴とする引き戸を備えた壁部材からなるもので ある。

【作用】
この発明の使用にあたっては、壁部材として引き戸が一体に形成してあるため 、クレーン等で吊り、所定箇所に容易に取付けが可能であり、工期の短縮により 、コストダウンにも通じるものである。

【実施例１】 次に、この発明の最適な実施例を詳述すると、住宅等の壁を形成する壁部材に おいて、厚物木質材〔2700×2500×100 ｍｍ（ＬＶＬ表面化粧単板貼り）〕を壁 部材本体（１）とし、該壁部材本体（１）の下部の任意な箇所に、縦1860、横79 0 ｍｍの欠除部（２）を形成し、該欠除部（２）よりさらに溝穴（３）を形成し 、欠除部（２）には敷居材（４）・鴨居材（５）を設け、溝穴（３）には開いた 際の引き戸の収納部を設けたことを特徴とする引き戸を備えた壁部材からなるも のである。
【０００８】 尚、敷居材（４）は、シキイスベリを設け、敷居溝の幅は21ｍｍ、深さ 5ｍｍ 、鴨居材（５）の幅は21ｍｍ、深さ15ｍｍとし、表面材にはオーク材（厚み0・8 ｍｍ）を貼ったものである。

【考案の効果】
本考案は、以上の構成よりなるものであり、この考案によれば、壁部材本体に 予め工場等で引き戸を設けるよう構成されており、クレーン等で吊って組立施工 すれば、簡易・迅速に作業が行え、また、引き戸は壁部材本体の内部に完全に収 納され、見た目によく、強度的にも問題がなく耐力壁としても機能する等極めて 有益なる効果を奏するものである。

    厚物木質材を壁部材本体とし、該壁部材本体の下部の任
    意な箇所に、欠除部を形成し、該欠除部よりさらに溝穴
    を形成し、欠除部には敷居材・鴨居材を設け、溝穴には
    開いた際の引き戸の収納部を設けたことを特徴とする引
    き戸を備えた壁部材。
