る種類の麺でも風味を損なうことがなく、投入間
隔を変えることで茹で時間を違えて茹でることが
でき、売れ行きの多少に応じて麺量を調節する場
合も操作し易い。また茹で篭3はボイルタンク4
に軸支され、ボイルタンク4も基台2に軸止され
ているので、ボイルタンク内の湯の交換が速やか
に行なわれる。
