Mix slag, perlite, silica powder, reinforcing fibers, and methylcellulose as an extrusion aid. Then, water is added to the mixture and kneaded. Next, this kneaded product is molded into a predetermined shape using an extrusion molding machine, the extruded product is placed on a pallet, and steam curing is performed under conditions of 1 atm and 12 hours to maintain the shape. Finally, the shape-retained inorganic substrates are stacked bare in an autoclave and heated to 10 atmospheres.
After 12 hours of autoclave curing at a temperature of 180°C, the production of the inorganic substrate is completed.

I thought of using it. In other words, since the inorganic substrate 4 immediately after extrusion molding is soft, it was thought that if the inorganic substrate 4 was cured in an autoclave while being placed on the pallet 1, the steam curing described above could be omitted. The pallet 1 consists of a mounting table 2 and legs 3. The mounting table 2 is made of a metal material and has a flat plate shape. The leg portion 3 is made of a metal material and is a hollow square frame.
The inorganic substrate 4 was placed on the mounting surface 2a of the mounting table 2 and carried into an autoclave facility, and the inorganic substrate 4 was cured in the autoclave.

However, when the inorganic substrate 4 is cured in an autoclave using the pallet 1 shown in FIG.
The back surface 4a of is in close contact with the mounting surface 2a. Therefore, the back surface 4a and the other surfaces 4b, 4c, 4
There was a curing deviation between d and d. This curing deviation is caused by the fact that the front surfaces 4b, 4c, and 4d of the inorganic substrate 4 are in direct contact with the atmosphere inside the autoclave equipment, whereas the back surface 4a, which is in close contact with the mounting surface 2a, is almost in contact with the atmosphere inside the autoclave equipment. This is due to the lack of. Due to such a difference in curing deviation, cracks and warpage may occur in the inorganic substrate 4. Inorganic substrates with cracks or warpage are treated as defective products.

The pallet mounting table according to the present invention is provided with a curing atmosphere flow path or a large number of through holes in the area on which the inorganic substrate is placed. The curing atmosphere flow passages or through holes are distributed in such a manner that no curing deviation occurs in the inorganic substrate when the inorganic substrate is cured in an autoclave. Therefore, when an inorganic substrate is cured in an autoclave, the atmosphere within the autoclave equipment is distributed over both the surface of the inorganic substrate that is in contact with the mounting table and the surface that is not in contact with the mounting table.
Autoclave curing can be performed under substantially the same conditions. In other words, the entire inorganic substrate can be autoclaved under substantially the same conditions.
Therefore, cracks and warpage do not occur in the inorganic substrate.

納することができる(第2図参照)。 First, a first embodiment will be described using FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the palette 11 is
It consists of a mounting table 12 and legs 13. Mounting table 12
is made of a flat metal material, and has a large number of through holes 1.
5 are distributed in the mounting area X on which the inorganic substrate is placed. In the case of this embodiment, the size of the mounting table 12 is 2900 mm in the longitudinal direction and 600 mm in the transverse direction.
It is. The through hole 15 has a small round shape with a diameter of 8 mm. Through hole 15 for placement area X
The distribution state is 238 pieces in the longitudinal direction of the mounting table 12,
There are 50 rows in the short direction, a total of 11,900 pieces.
The through holes 15 are provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction of the mounting table 12. The aperture ratio of the through holes 15 to the entire mounting table 12 is 34%. This aperture ratio may be in the range of 20% to 80%.
The reason for this is that when it is less than 20%, it becomes almost the same as when the inorganic substrate 14 is placed on a mounting table without through holes and cured in an autoclave. In other words,
This is because cracks and warpage may occur in the inorganic substrate 14. Moreover, if it exceeds 80%, the rigidity of the mounting table will be impaired, and when the inorganic substrate 14 is placed and cured in an autoclave, the mounting table 12 itself will warp, and naturally the inorganic substrate 14 will also warp. By limiting in this way, the mounting table 12
It is possible to maintain the same rigidity and to make the curing conditions of the surface of the inorganic substrate that is in contact with the mounting table 12 and the surface that is not in contact with the mounting table 12 the same. Further, since the leg portions 13 are provided, the pallets 11 carrying the inorganic substrates 14 can be stored in a stacked state in the autoclave equipment (see FIG. 2).

することはない。 The back surface 14a of the inorganic substrate 14 is in contact with the mounting table 12, but since the mounting table 12 has a large number of small round through holes 15 arranged in an appropriate distribution, This will expose them to the atmosphere inside the autoclave equipment. Therefore, the other surfaces 14b, 14c, 14d of the inorganic substrate 14 are
Although the back surface 14a comes into direct contact with the atmosphere inside the autoclave, the back surface 14a comes into contact with the atmosphere through the through hole 15, and almost no curing deviation occurs between the two. Therefore, the inorganic substrate 14 is autoclaved under substantially the same conditions as a whole. Therefore, no cracks or warpage occur in the inorganic substrate 14.

It is shaped like a letter and is convenient for placing the mounting tables 22 and 24 on it. The mounting table 22 is made of a metal material, and has small circular through-holes 22a appropriately distributed within the mounting area X on which the inorganic substrate is mounted. The distribution state of the through holes 22a in the mounting area X is as follows:
As in the first embodiment, they are equally spaced in the longitudinal and lateral directions. In the mounting table 24, through holes 24a and 24b having different pitches in the longitudinal direction are distributed in a mounting area X on which the inorganic substrate is placed. The pitch L1 of the through hole 24a is the same as the pitch L1 of the through hole 24b.
It is shorter than 2. By making the pitch of the through-holes 24a at the side edges shorter than at the center in the mounting area can be prevented from occurring.

It consists of a mounting table 32 and legs 33. The mounting table 32 is provided with grooves 34 vertically and horizontally within the mounting area X on which the inorganic substrate is mounted. At the bottom of the groove 34,

The number of through holes 35 can also be made smaller than in the first and second embodiments. In addition, since the groove 34 is continuous and straight, unlike the through holes in the first and second embodiments, which are provided in a scattered manner, the inorganic groove 34 is in contact with the groove 34. The substrate area can be exposed to the atmosphere inside the autoclave in a straight line.

である。 The pallet according to the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. For example, the shape and size of the pallet can be changed depending on the shape and size of the inorganic substrate. In that case, the aperture ratio and distribution state of the through holes and curing atmosphere flow passages may be matched to the shape and size of the inorganic substrate. Further, the leg portions are not limited to the square frame, and H-shaped steel may also be used. Furthermore, the shape of the through hole is not limited to a small round shape, but may be a polygonal shape. A net-like mounting table can be used to form a curing atmosphere flow path. In that case, a flat substrate made of a metal material may be provided to reinforce the net-like structure. As described in detail above, the palette according to the present invention can be modified as appropriate depending on the mode of implementation.

According to the pallet according to the present invention, a large number of through holes are provided in the area where the inorganic substrate is placed. Furthermore, the through holes are distributed in such a manner that no curing deviation occurs in the inorganic substrate when the inorganic substrate is cured in an autoclave. In other words, there is almost no curing deviation between the surface of the inorganic substrate that is in contact with the pallet and the surface that is not. Therefore, the inorganic substrate does not suffer from cracks or warps as in the conventional case, and the yield of the inorganic substrate can be improved.
