It consists of an attached inverted J-shaped hook.

This is because the aforementioned hook is attached to the vehicle body, and even if the lift arm is rotated backwards, the center of rotation of the hook is restrained on the vehicle chassis. the result,
The engagement portion between the pin and the hook shifts little by little as the dumping angle changes, and the contact surfaces of the pin and the hook shift, for example, in the vertical direction on the ventral surface of the hook.

い問題がある。 In order to avoid this and prevent the hook from separating from the pin, it is not disclosed, but the shape of the inverted J-shaped hook must be designed to maintain engagement even if the contact surface changes. However, there is a problem that the hook mechanism cannot be used as a stable engagement device in accordance with the actual situation.

いるコンテナが過剰に後転しようとする。 Not only this, but if the contents of the container are biased toward the front, the container will be tilted slightly forward, so when the lift arm lifts the container, the pins will engage at the back of the hook. . but,
When the container is subsequently dumped, at some point the contents begin to shift backward inside the container, and the resulting movement of the center of gravity of the container causes the container being dumped to roll excessively backwards.

が破損しやすくなるという難点がある。 This is because the hook is only bent into a hook shape at the tip, and is not shaped to prevent the container from rolling backwards due to movement of the center of gravity. That is, the pin will be slightly separated from the position where it was in contact with the hook at that time. The container is further dumped, but
When the contents are discharged, the center of gravity of the container changes again, so that the container immediately pivots in the opposite direction, and the above-mentioned pin collides with the original contact surface of the hook. At this time, there is a problem in that an impact force is applied to the pins and hooks, and the pins and hooks are likely to be damaged.

ある。 The present invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, and its purpose is to avoid the situation in which dump pins, etc., which are necessary for smoothly ejecting stored items from the vehicle, protrude outside the lift arm. At the same time, the container capacity can be increased by expanding the effective width of the vehicle carrying the container, and the dumping pin used to dump the container can also be moved relative to the lift arm by rotating the lift arm back and forth. A lock for tilting a container in a cargo handling device for a cargo handling vehicle that maintains the positional relationship and has a structure that makes it difficult for the container to change its posture due to changes in the center of gravity during container dumping, thereby suppressing damage to dump pins, etc. It is to provide a mechanism.

れる。 Next, when the hydraulic cylinder 8 is extended, both lift arms 5 and both dump pins 17 rotate around the support shaft 9. When the container assumes the tilted position as shown in FIG. 4, the stored items are ejected in a sliding manner. At this time, the triangle formed by the support shaft 9 of the lift arm 5G, the support shaft 4 of the container 3, and the dump pin 17 does not deform in principle while the container 3 is being dumped. This is because the dump pin is fixed to the connecting shaft 16 and therefore always moves as the lift arm 5 rotates. Therefore, the container 3 is dumped based on the three positions in which the relative positions are always maintained, and no wobbling occurs due to fluctuations in the center of gravity of the container 3 during dumping. When the hydraulic cylinder 8 is contracted after being discharged, the container 3 is returned to a horizontal position and placed on the vehicle body 7. Then, when the locking cylinder 18 is retracted as required, the container 3 is released from the lift arm 5.

A hook 30 that opens and closes as it expands and contracts is attached to the hydraulic cylinder 29, and the hook 30 holds a clamping shaft 31 fixed at the center of the upper front end of the container 3. Support shaft 4 of container 3
The imaginary side connecting the support shaft 4 and the clamping shaft 31 and the imaginary side connecting the support shaft 28 of the front arm 27 and the support shaft 9 of the lift arm 5 are parallel and have the same length, and the support shaft 4 and the clamping shaft 31 This is because the support shaft 28 and the support shaft 9 are arranged so as to form a parallelogram.

When loading a new container 3 onto the vehicle body 7, the hook 30 is fitted onto the clamping shaft 31 and secured, and the hydraulic cylinder 8 is contracted.
Since the lift arm 5 and the front arm 18 rotate forward, the container 3 can be loaded while maintaining a horizontal position. Note that the container tilting lock mechanism of the present invention can also be applied to a cargo handling device such as that shown in FIG. 11, in which the front arm 27 is not attached.

用荷役装置におけるコンテナ傾動用ロツク機構。[Scope of Claims] 1. The left and right sides of the container are supported by a pair of lift arms provided on the left and right sides of the vehicle body, which are rotatable in the front and rear directions in synchrony around a support shaft extending in the left and right direction of the vehicle body, and the container is supported by a hydraulic cylinder. In cargo handling vehicles, containers on the ground at the rear of the vehicle can be loaded onto the vehicle by forward rotation of the lift arm, and containers on the vehicle can be unloaded onto the ground at the rear by rotation of the lift arm backwards. In the cargo handling equipment, a connecting shaft for synchronizing the forward and backward rotation of the lift arms is attached to the rear ends of both the lift arms, and a connecting shaft for tilting the container is attached to both ends of the connecting shaft located between the two lift arms. Therefore, the dump pin moves back and forth in the left and right direction so as to engage with the dump pin hole provided at the rear bottom of the container.
A locking cylinder that is provided inside the pair of left and right lift arms and moves the dump pin forward and backward, and a support body that guides the dump pin back and forth.
A container tilting lock mechanism in a cargo handling device for a cargo handling vehicle, characterized in that the lock mechanism is mounted on a connecting shaft located between both lift arms.
