[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention simplifies maintenance and other operations by integrally forming a damper for adjusting air volume, which was conventionally installed in a duct, together with a coil, a blower, etc. At the same time, it is a separate type air system that simultaneously supplies and distributes cooling and heating air with the desired air volume capacity to multiple rooms, or even within the same room, to locations with different cooling and heating air conditions, such as the interior side and the perimeter side. It concerns the harmonization unit.

Normally, when supplying hot and cold air indoors to a large number of buildings, etc., a contracted air conditioning unit, which has mechanisms such as a blower and heat exchanger integrated into the unit, is placed outdoors or in a part of the room. Cooling and heating were supplied to each room through duct piping, but as the number of rooms increases in recent years, the air environment in each room is different, and even within the same room, the interior side ,
This required completely different air conditions such as temperature distribution on the perimeter side.

Conventionally, as a solution to this problem, a damper for adjusting the air volume was placed in each of the air ducts, and adjustments were made by operating the damper mechanism, but most of the above-mentioned ducts Since these are piped inside the ceiling, inspection of each damper and maintenance work in the event of a breakdown are extremely difficult. In addition, the placement of these mechanisms is naturally limited in the bulky and narrow ceiling space. There were some drawbacks such as being exposed.

The present invention is intended to fundamentally solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and has an air intake chamber A in the center inside the fuselage 1 with a partition plate, and heat exchangers arranged adjacent to both sides of the air intake chamber A. , heat exchange chambers B and B each equipped with necessary mechanisms such as a humidifier, a sound damping chamber, and a filter.
and a ventilation passage C communicating between both chambers A and B below the partition plate or in an appropriate cylindrical area.
An appropriately shaped damper for adjusting the air volume is provided at the opening of the ventilation passage C so as to be openable and closable, and the heat exchange chambers B on both sides are opened and closed by the operation of the damper for adjusting the air volume.
In B, different air volumes or the same air volume,
Another object of the present invention is to widely provide a separate type air conditioning unit characterized in that it is configured to arbitrarily determine air blowing conditions depending on each room, such as blowing air only from one side.

The effect of the above configuration is that air whose heat is recovered by a fan unit with a total heat exchanger is introduced into the intake chamber A through a duct (not shown) from the intake port 12 opened at the top of the fuselage 1. While the heat exchanger 3 exchanges heat to an appropriate temperature, the air outlet 13
Cooling and heating air is supplied through a duct (not shown) from a ventilation grill installed in each room or on the interior side, perimeter side, etc. of the room, and the damper 7 for adjusting the air volume can be opened and closed depending on the indoor conditions on the ventilation side. The amount of air flowing through the ventilation passage C is adjusted.

By such adjustment, it is possible to simultaneously send the same amount of air from each of the air outlets 13, 13, or different amounts of air suitable for each room.

As mentioned above, the separate type air conditioning unit according to the present invention is constructed by integrating the damper mechanism for adjusting air volume, which was conventionally installed in the duct, into the airframe together with mechanisms such as the heat exchanger and humidifier. Therefore, unlike the work inside the ducts, which was said to be the most difficult task in the past, maintenance work can be done very easily from the front of the aircraft, and piping work is also greatly simplified, which has many benefits. It has an effect.

Furthermore, the present invention provides that, depending on the opening/closing member of the damper mechanism installed in the ventilation passage, the amount of air blown passing through the ventilation passage can be easily increased or decreased each time, for each room or for the same amount. Even indoors, for example, the optimum air volume and heating and cooling distribution for the indoor perimeter and interior can be obtained at the same time with a single air conditioning unit, and the noise level is extremely low and power consumption can be greatly reduced. The economic effects are also enormous.
