Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 金属板でプレス加工成型され、間〓を隔てて対
向する一対の円板を有する円盤部と、この円盤部
の一側から外側へ延びる扁筒形の筒部とを一体に
形成してなる第1連結体と、一対の皿状円形殻を
対合させてなる扁平形中空円盤状ロツク板部と、
このロツク板部の一側から外側へ延びる扁筒形の
筒部とを一体に形成してなる第2連結体とから成
り、第2連結体の円盤状ロツク板部を第1連結体
の円盤部の一対の円板に挟持される如く中心を連
結ピンによつて前記円盤部に回動自在に枢着し、
第1連結体の筒部には両面壁を貫通し円盤部に向
かう一対の対向する長孔を設け、この長孔には孔
内に収設したバネにより前記円盤部またはロツク
板部の方向に付勢される長方形の係止爪を摺動自
在に嵌合保持し、二股状の解放部材とハンドル部
材とから成る操作レバーを、解放部材の先端が常
に前記爪の一端と係止し、かつ、ハンドル部材が
第1連結体の筒部の外側を貫通するピンによつて
操作自在に円盤部と筒部の境部に取付け、第2連
結体の円盤状ロツク板部には円周に沿つて所定間
隔を隔てて配置した複数箇のロツク用ノツチを設
け、前記係止爪をこれらノツチの任意の一つに係
合させて第1連結体と第2連結体をこのノツチに
対応する任意な折畳位置にロツクする折畳式はし
ごの継手において、前記第1連結体の筒部内に、
一端が筒部を貫通した止めピンに巻着され、他端
が折曲されたラグに形成された「く」字形の板バ
ネを前記長孔の近傍に設け、この板バネのラグを
常に前記係止爪の一側面ないし一端に付勢し係止
させると共に、板バネの取付端に片寄る一側面に
保持ピンを設け、係止爪がノツチの一つに係合し
たロツク状態では、板バネのラグが係止爪の基端
側の側面に当接し、ロツク解放状態ではラグが係
止爪の自由端に係止して係止爪をノツチから脱離
したロツク解放状態に保持するように構成したこ
とを特徴とする折畳式はしごの継手。
