The glass in A was dirty, blocking the optical path and making accurate measurements difficult. Also, air purge pipe 1
Therefore, the viewing angle of the incident light inevitably becomes small, making it difficult to measure a wide area of the object to be measured.

ている。 In the figure, a conical part 5 is provided inside one end side of an outer cylinder 4 which has an optical detector 3 such as a radiation thermometer and a CCD camera inside, and a porous metal, sintered metal, etc. A cylindrical first air permeable part 6 is provided, and a window glass 7 is provided in this first air permeable part 6. A partition plate 8 that closes the opening is provided at the other end of the outer cylinder 4.
An air introduction pipe 10 is provided through a second air permeable portion 9 made of a cap-shaped sintered metal or the like. Further, the optical detector 3 is sandwiched between an upper cooling part 11 and a lower cooling part 12, and is connected vertically by a connecting pipe 13, and conduits 14 and 15 are connected from the outside.
It is held on the outer cylinder 4 or the like by suitable supporting members 16 and 17.

Prevent it from being heated by heat.
Then, from the air introduction pipe 10, the second air permeable part 9
Large dust and the like are removed and rectified air (air) A is introduced into the outer cylinder 4, passes between the upper cooling part 11, the lower cooling part 12 and the outer cylinder 4, Prevents dew condensation in the cooling parts 11 and 12, and
The air is rectified by the first air permeable part 6 from the air chamber S around the air permeable part 6, and is ejected forward from within the conical part 5 as uniform air A. Furthermore, the cross-sectional area of the inner top of the conical portion 5 is small, and the cross-sectional area increases toward the outside, so that the pressure is higher on the inside, and it is possible to prevent dust and the like from being entrained.

Therefore, the air is rectified and ejected at the air permeation part, which prevents dust, etc. from being drawn in. Also, since the pressure inside is higher due to the conical part, it has the effect of preventing entrainment, and furthermore, it is possible to prevent dust from being drawn in. The radiant energy can be incident from a wide angle due to the conical portion, making it suitable for measuring surface patterns with a wide field of view. Furthermore, by providing a cooling device, use at high temperatures is also possible.
