In rooms that require cleanliness, such as clean rooms and hospital operating rooms, not only are the rooms maintained at a constant temperature through air conditioning, but the indoor air is also purified. However, when outside air enters these rooms, the necessary cleanliness cannot be achieved. For this reason, rooms that require cleanliness are often equipped with airflow blocking devices using air curtains at the boundary with the outside to prevent outside airflow from entering.

Conventional airflow blocking devices using air curtains are designed to control the air jet direction, jet speed, and jet amount necessary to prevent the side wind from entering when the side wind, which is the air flow from the side of the air curtain, is at its maximum. The suction air volume of the hood that sucks the air is determined, and the airflow is always blocked based on these jet direction, jet speed, and suction air volume.

In the conventional airflow blocking device described above, the suction air volume of the hood is designed to suck only the airflow forming the air curtain, so when the side wind is at its maximum value, the pressure balance between the side wind and the air curtain is reduced. As a result, the airflow in the space on the side wind side (for example, a non-clean room) and the space across the air curtain (for example, a clean room) is weakened, and a suitable environment for work etc. is obtained. However, when the side wind weakens and reaches its minimum value,
The pressure of the airflow that forms the air curtain becomes relatively high, and the airflow from the air curtain enters the non-clean room side, creating a strong air flow in the non-clean room, and even in the clean room, it causes a strong air flow to the hood. There is a drawback that a suction flow is generated.

The present invention provides an air flow blocking device that includes an air curtain means that blows out air to form an air curtain, and an exhaust means that is provided opposite to the air curtain means and sucks the air that has been ejected by the air curtain means. The suction part of the exhaust means is movably provided, a moving means for moving the suction port part, a wind speed detection means for detecting the wind speed on the side of the air curtain, and a and control means for controlling the moving means to move the suction port portion to follow the arrival position of the air blown from the air curtain means.

In the present invention configured as described above, the wind speed of the side wind, which is the airflow from the side of the air curtain, is detected by the wind speed detection means and inputted to the control means. The control means determines the reached position of the air curtain by the action of the side wind based on the detection signal of the wind speed detection means, and moves the suction port (hood) of the exhaust means to reach this reached position. The end portion of the air curtain does not come off from the suction port. Thereby, even if there is movement due to side wind, the airflow of the air curtain reliably flows toward the suction port (hood) of the exhaust means, is taken in, and is suctioned and exhausted by the exhaust means. Therefore, strong air currents are not generated in the space on the side where the side wind comes, and air currents that are sucked into the exhaust means are not generated.

In FIG. 1, the air curtain 10 is formed at the boundary between one space (for example, a clean room) 21 and the other space (for example, a non-clean room) 23, and a side wind 40 that is an airflow on the non-clean room 23 side is prevented from entering the clean room 21. Air curtain device (air curtain means) forming this air curtain 10

It is connected to an exhaust fan 56 via a duct 54.
The hood 52 is movable relative to the side wall 26 and is connected to a rod 62 of a cylinder 60 so that the hood 52 can be moved along the side wall 26 by the cylinder 60. The cylinder 60 is controlled by the controller 34 which receives a detection signal from the anemometer 32.

In the case of this embodiment, the controller 34 is the anemometer 3
When the strength of the side wind 40 is detected in response to the detection signal No. 2, the cylinder 60 is actuated to move the hood 52 to an appropriate position. That is, the air jet 14
blows out air toward the opposing side walls 26 at a constant blowing speed to form an air curtain 10. Therefore, the end position of the air curtain 10 varies depending on the strength of the side wind 40, and when the side wind 40 is strong, it moves to the right in the figure. Therefore, when the side wind 40 is strong, the controller 34 operates the cylinder 60 to advance the rod 62 and move the hood 52 to the right in the figure so that the hood 52 is at the end position of the air curtain 10. Also, side wind 4
0 is weak, the controller 34 controls the cylinder 60 to move the rod 62 backward, and the hood 5
2 to the left in the figure. For this reason, side wind 4
Even if the airflow of the air curtain 10 moves back and forth depending on the strength of the side wind 40, the position of the hood 52 is moved to match the end position of the air curtain 10 depending on the size of the side wind 40. This ensures that the air in the clean room 21 is not sucked into the hood 52 and disturbs the air flow in the non-clean room 23, and conversely, the air in the clean room 21 is prevented from being sucked through the hood 52.

As explained above, according to the present invention, there is provided an air curtain means that blows out air to form an air curtain, and an exhaust gas that is provided opposite to the air curtain means and that sucks the air by blowing out the air curtain means. In the airflow blocking device having a means, the suction part of the exhaust means is provided movably, and
a moving means for moving the suction port; a wind speed detecting means for detecting the wind speed on the side of the air curtain;
and control means for controlling the moving means to move the suction port to follow the arrival position of the air blown out from the air curtain means based on the detection signal of the wind speed detecting means, so that the suction opening can be moved according to the strength of the side wind. The position of the suction port of the exhaust means can be moved to correspond to the arrival position of the air curtain, which varies depending on the air curtain.
The airflow forming the air curtain is reliably sucked into the exhaust means, and the airflow forming the air curtain leaks from the hood, causing a strong airflow inside the room or a suction flow to the hood. The effect is that there is no
