Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はスケルトンと言われる秒針付き時計に
関するものである。考案の目的は秒針付きであつ
てもよりスケルトンを強調する所にある。考案の
要旨は秒針車の脱離を防ぐ押え部材を迂回して秒
針車の体から秒針を接続する構造にある。図面を

1は秒歯車、2は秒カナであり1と2は組み立
てられると秒針車を構成する。3は秒歯車1に噛
み合う分伝歯車、4は分伝カナであり3と4は組
み立てられて分伝車を構成する。5は地板、6は
軸、7は分伝軸である。6,7は地板5にカシメ
られて直立している。5,6,7は樹脂で一体に
成形されたものであつてもよい。秒カナ2には貫
し穴8がある。貫し穴8は軸6に嵌入し秒針車は
軸6に回転自在に支軸される。秒針車が組み立て
られた状態で軸6の端部9は貫し穴8の上方へ突
出している。10は押え部材であつて当実施例で
はリング状のものである。押え部材10は軸の端
部9に圧入される。秒針車は押え部材10によつ
て上方への脱離が防がれる。分伝車に対しても同
じ様に押え部材11が圧入されて脱離を防止す
る。押え部材10,11は押え手段にあつて、他
のネジ締め或は軸端部の拡げ等であつてもよい。
押え部材10,11の間は離れている。これが連
結した受部材であると上方(矢印12方向)から
の観察の際じゃまになり、歯車そのものを直接見
たいというスケルトンの本質を逸するものになつ
てしまう。押え部材を連結しないと言うことはス
ケルトンにとつて好ましいことである。本考案は
このスケルトンの条件にあつて秒針を取りつけん
とする。13は秒針、14はハカマ、15は秒針
保持部材である。16は秒針保持部材15のパイ
プである。17は秒カナ2の端面に設けた嵌合部
であつて円筒状をなしている。パイプ16の内径
は嵌合部17の径に圧入される。パイプ16の内
径は押え部材10の外径よりも大きくその双方が
干渉することはない。秒針保持部材15は秒針車
と一体になつて回転する。18は秒針保持部材1
5の先端であつて秒針13を備えたハカマ14が
取りつけられる。この状態では秒針13の向うに
直接秒歯車1が見えるスケルトンを提供する。1

保持板である。19,20は図示していないが、
地板5とともに静止して保持構成される。秒板リ
ング19には目盛があつて秒針13の位置を読み
とることができる。21は穴であつてここからも

み立てたあとその脱離を防ぐために上記軸の端部
に固定される押え部材を備えることと、上記秒針
車は上記押え部材よりも寸法大の嵌合部を有して
いて、秒針あるいは秒針を保持すべき部材は前記
嵌合部に圧入されることによつて前記押え部材に
触れることなく前記秒針車に支持されていること
