[Prior Art] Conventionally, in this type of air mat for treatment, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 18008/1983, which was filed by the present applicant, an independent unit of air constituting the air mat has been used. The chambers are alternately divided into two groups, and these air chamber groups are connected by an air supply pipe outside the air mat, and the air chamber groups are capable of supplying air alternately with the body load applied from above, and are capable of supplying air. Some air supply pipes were designed to alternately inflate and deflate using an air supply device that could close the other air supply pipe, allowing breezes to leak through fine holes drilled at the top of each unit air chamber. Since the unit air chambers were connected by multiple air supply pipes outside the air mat, the air supply path became structurally complex and the conductance increased, which required an air supply device with a large capacity. Furthermore, when storing or carrying the air mat when it is not in use, it is time-consuming to handle the complicated air supply pipe.

Furthermore, air mats in which two groups of air chambers are arranged in a comb-like manner complementary to each other are disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-165849, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-55049, and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-60.
As disclosed in Publication No. 163915, all of these air chambers that support the body are in an airtight state, that is, they are closed air chambers, so in order to deflate the air chambers that have been inflated, it is necessary to forcefully use an exhaust device to deflate the air chambers. Therefore, the intake/exhaust device and the switching valve mechanism were complicated. In addition, Utsukai Showa 60-163915
The publication describes an air mat with a nozzle provided near the center line, but this nozzle is provided in a meandering long and narrow air flow path that is separate from the air chamber that supports the body. This complicates the flow path pattern of the air mat and requires separate piping and a control mechanism for supplying air to the elongated air flow path, which hinders efforts to reduce costs.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned situation by minimizing the number of air supply pipes connected to the outside of the air mat, requiring only a simple structure and small capacity air supply device, and further To provide a therapeutic air mat whose air chamber has a simple structure, can be manufactured at low cost, and is easy to store and carry.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention has two independent air chambers with fine holes that allow breeze to leak out, and each air chamber can be supplied with air alternately, and the one that is not being supplied with air can be supplied with air alternately. In a therapeutic air mat in which each air chamber is repeatedly expanded and contracted by an air supply device that can close the air supply pipe and a body load applied from the upper part of the air chamber, a thermoplastic soft synthetic resin is used. Alternatively, a top sheet 3 and a bottom sheet 4 made of synthetic rubber and having approximately the same shape and area as the bed are overlaid and bonded by heat welding or adhesive to create two independent air chambers A and B alternately and complementary to each other. A pair of air supply ports 6a and 6b are formed in an intricate comb-like arrangement and supply compressed air from the air supply device to each air chamber A and B via air supply pipes 7a and 7b, respectively. The air mat 1 is arranged in close contact with one side corner between the upper sheet 3 and the lower sheet 4, and the air chamber A is continuous with the air supply port 6a and is located along the widthwise edge. along the other side edge, and then along the longitudinal edge to form an L-shaped air passage 8a that terminates at a corner diagonally to the air supply port 6a. A large number of unit air chambers 9a are arranged in a comb-like manner from the air passage 8a in the direction toward the other side edge in the width direction, while the air chamber B is continuous to the air supply port 6b and is connected to the edge in the length direction. An L-shaped air passage 8b is formed which extends along the widthwise edge to the other side, and then extends along the widthwise edge to the other side and terminates at the terminal position of the air passage 8a. 8b toward the other side edge in the width direction, the unit air chambers 9a,
A large number of unit air chambers 9b, . 11 are formed alternately at regular intervals, and the expansion part 10 of one air chamber and the narrowing part 11 of the other air chamber are formed alternately at regular intervals.
are arranged in an alternating and complementary manner, and an appropriate number of micropores 5 are provided only in the unit air chambers 9a, 9b near the center line of the air mat 1 and in the upper part of the expansion part 10. An air mat was constructed for use.

When compressed air is supplied from one of the air supply pipes 7a to the air chamber A by the air supply device 2, the compressed air passes through the air passage 8a, reaches the unit air chamber 9a, and stays in the expansion section 10, as shown in FIG.
The air mat 1 inflates the air chamber A to support the body and leaks air from the micro holes 5 in the center to suppress body sweating, while the other air supply pipe 7b is closed, and as shown in Fig. 2b, the air supply pipe 7b of the unit air chamber 9b is inflated from the micro holes 5 by the weight F of the body and the contraction force of the material, and the inflatable portion 10 of the unit air chamber 9b is in a contracted state while suppressing body sweating. Fig. 3 is a partially cutaway perspective view of the air mat 1 in the above-mentioned state. The above state is reversed when the air supply device 2 switches the air supply side, and the unit air chamber 9a of air chamber A contracts, i.e., the inflatable portion 10 contracts, and the unit air chamber 9b of air chamber B expands, i.e., the inflatable portion 10 expands, supporting the body and leaking air from the micro holes 5 in the upper part of the unit air chamber 9b to suppress body sweating.

According to the therapeutic air mat of the present invention, the continuous air chambers A and the continuous air chambers B are arranged in a complementary and alternately intricate comb-like arrangement to form the generally rectangular air mat 1 as a whole. The external piping of the mat 1 can be reduced to the necessary minimum, and it can be easily folded for convenient storage and transportation. Chamber A and air chamber B
Since an appropriate number of fine holes 5 are provided in the upper part of the air mat 1, it is possible to prevent excess air from leaking from a position away from the body on the side of the air mat 1. In addition, since the fine holes 5 are provided only in the upper part of the expansion part 10, the top surface of the air mat 1 is normally covered with a sheet, but by having the fine holes 5 in close contact with the sheet, a breeze can be supplied through the sheet. is certain.

In addition, an air supply device 2 is installed in one of the air chambers A and B.
Since the air chamber A or the air chamber B, once expanded, expands due to the body's load and the contraction force of the material, the air chamber A or air chamber B is expanded by the body load and the shrinkage force of the material. However, even if air chamber A or air chamber B with closed air supply contracts slightly, the air chamber can be reliably deflated by applying the body load to the inflatable part 10. , the exhaust device and complicated switching valve mechanism that were required in the past are no longer necessary, and since the micro holes 5 are provided only in the minimum necessary locations, it is possible to set the air supply capacity of the air supply device 2 to a small value. Along with that,
The flow path pattern of the air mat 1 can be simplified and manufacturing costs can be reduced.

Further, each of the air chambers A and B is formed by alternately providing the expansion part 10 and the narrowing part 11 communicating therewith at regular intervals, and the expanding part 10 and the narrowing part 11 of the adjacent air chamber A and the narrowing part 11 and the air chamber B Since the narrowed part 11 and the expanded part 10 are arranged in a complementary and intricate manner,
The body is supported at a point by the inflatable part 10, and the supporting position changes periodically due to the expansion and contraction of the inflatable part 10, which has an excellent pine surge effect. Since there is no sudden movement of air, the individual inflatable parts 10, .

[Claim for Utility Model Registration] It has two independent air chambers with micro holes that allow breeze to leak out, and air can be alternately supplied to each air chamber, and the air supply pipe that is not being supplied with air is closed. In a therapeutic air mat in which each air chamber is repeatedly expanded and contracted by an air supply device that can be used and a body load applied from the upper part of the air chamber, the air mat is made of thermoplastic soft synthetic resin or synthetic rubber. Then, the top sheet 3 and the bottom sheet 4, which have approximately the same shape and area as the bed, are superimposed and bonded by heat welding or adhesive to create a comb which intertwines complementary to the two independent air chambers A and B. The air chambers A and B are connected from the air supply device to the air chambers A and B.
A pair of air supply ports 6a and 6b for supplying compressed air through air supply pipes 7a and 7b, respectively, are arranged in close contact at one side corner between the upper sheet 3 and the lower sheet 4. In the air mat 1, the air chamber A is continuous with the air supply port 6a, extends along the width direction edge to the other end, and then extends along the length direction edge, and is connected to the air supply port 6a. 6a, and a large number of unit air chambers 9a are formed in a comb shape from the lengthwise airway 8a toward the other side edge in the width direction. On the other hand, the air chamber B is continuous with the air supply port 6b, extends along the lengthwise edge to the other side end, and then extends to the other side along the widthwise edge to form the air passage. An L-shaped air passage 8b is formed which terminates at the terminal position of the air passage 8a, and a large number of air passages are formed between the unit air chambers 9a, . . . from the longitudinal air passage 8b toward the other side edge in the width direction. The unit air chambers 9b, .
In b, the expansion portions 10 and the constriction portions 11 communicating therewith are formed alternately at regular intervals, and the expansion portions 10 of one air chamber and the constriction portions 11 of the other air chamber are intertwined alternately and complementary to each other. A treatment air mat characterized in that an appropriate number of micropores 5 are provided only in the unit air chambers 9a, 9b near the center line of the air mat 1 and in the upper part of the expansion part 10. .
