ツドダイ内に挿通させて未加硫非発泡のシリコー
ンゴム3を内層上に押出被覆して外層を形成Dし
た後、これを内外層を積層した金属芯軸1より径
大の円筒状の金型内に装入し熱風等適宜な外部熱
源により加熱Eし、未発泡ゴム層2の加硫発泡と
未加硫非発泡ゴム層3の加硫を同時に行い、金型
の内周面に沿つた形状のロールを成型する。この
