Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】本発明の目的は通信の宛先を間違えることな
く、安心して確実に入力出来る通信装置および通信シス
テムを提供することにある。 【構成】ダイアラー等の宛先入力手段１により入力され
た宛先番号に対して、番号に対応する地域，宛先名称の
辞書２，３をあらかじめ用意し、番号の入力中に検索手
段４により辞書２，３を検索し、表示装置５に地域名，
宛先名称を表示して宛先番号の間違いをその場で確認，
訂正できるようにしたものである。さらに地域の辞書２
の内容を通信線を介して最新の状態に維持する。 【効果】長い、初めての電話番号でも間違える可能性を
低くでき、安心して通信を行なえる通信装置及び通信シ
ステムを提供することが出来る。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明はビジネス，家庭などの通
信装置および通信システムに関わり、特にファクシミ
リ，電話機などに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】ファクシミリ，電話機等ではダイアル，
プッシュボタン，タッチキー等により通信の相手先の番
号を入力している。しかし、情報通信の時代を迎え、通
信回線の数も増加し、接続できる地域も増加している。
既に１０桁以上の番号を入力するようになっており、番
号の間違いによる間違いファクシミリ，間違い電話が増
加の一途を辿っている。電話の場合は相手が出た場合に
は間違いに気付くことが出来、被害も少ないが、それで
も夜間就寝中には大きな迷惑となる。ファクシミリの場
合は深刻で相手が教えてくれない限り、間違いに気付か
ず、秘密の情報が漏れる恐れもあった。従来、このよう
な多数桁の番号の入力間違いを防ぐためにあらかじめ、
短縮番号に登録したり、ファクシミリでは親展機能を持
たせたり、暗号化することなどが行なわれていた。しか
し、初めての相手にはこれらの方法は使えず、暗号化装
置は煩雑で高価となる問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記の技術では、次の
問題があった。
【０００４】１）宛先番号の間違いにより、間違った相
手に接続され、相手に迷惑をかけたり、秘密の情報が漏
れる恐れもある。
【０００５】２）初めての相手には短縮ダイアルは使え
ない。
【０００６】３）親展機能は煩雑で使いにくい。
【０００７】４）暗号化はコストがかかり、操作が煩雑
になる。
【０００８】本発明の目的は上記の欠点を解消し、簡単
な方法で宛先の間違いを防止して、安心して通信が行な
える通信装置及び通信システムを提供することにある。
【０００９】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明では、上記の目的
を達成するために、宛先番号に対応する地域名の辞書フ
ァイルとその表示手段を持ち、宛先番号の入力中に宛先
番号の地域名，宛先名称等をオンラインで表示し、操作
者が確認して送信することにより間違いを防止するもの
である。

【作用】すなわち、宛先番号を構成する国内外，市外局
番，市内局番等に対応する地域名の辞書ファイルを持
ち、番号の入力と同時に辞書を検索して表示装置に宛先
番号とともに表示して操作者に確認させ、必要に応じて
修正をおこなった後、通信を開始するのである。宛先番
号の最終桁は宛先名に対応しており、全ての情報を入れ
ることは困難であるが、これについてはこれまでに使用
したことのある宛先を記憶して使用するだけでも間違い
防止の効果は大きい。

【実施例】本発明の実施例を図１，図２を参照しながら
説明する。
【００１２】図１は本発明の構成を示す図で、ダイアラ
ー，プッシュボタン等の宛先番号入力手段１，宛先番号
のなかで地域をあらわす地域辞書ファイル２，宛先名フ
ァイル３，地域及び宛先名の検索手段４と表示手段５を
備えるものである。図２は宛先番号と地域名，宛先名称
等の表示例を示すものである。すなわち、宛先番号を１
により入力するとこの番号により２，３の辞書ファイル
を検索手段４を用いて検索し、対応する地域，宛先名称
を宛先番号とともに、表示手段５により表示するもので
ある。このようにすると図２に示すごとく、宛先番号の
各桁に対応して地域名，宛先名が順次表示されるので操
作者はこの情報を確認しながら宛先番号を入力すること
が出来、必要に応じて修正出来、間違いの恐れを少なく
して安心して通信を開始することが出来る。この場合、
地域辞書ファイル２は市外局番，市内局番表をもとに番
号にたいする地域名を格納するもので国内，国外の区
別，関東，関西等の地方の区別，都道府県の区別，市町
村の区別等できるだけ詳細に格納しておくのである。ま
た、宛先名称ファイルはあらかじめわかっている宛先、
一度でも通信した相手の宛先を宛先番号とともに格納し
ておくのである。全ての宛先が表示できれば理想的であ
るが、これには膨大なメモリーを必要とし、実用は困難
である。実用上は特定の相手だけでも間違いの防止の効
果は大きいと考えられる。
【００１３】図３は本発明の別の実施例を示すもので地
域辞書ファイル２の追加，訂正を通信回線を介して行な
うものである。電話の地域番号，宛先番号などの変更に
対して迅速に確実に行なうために地域辞書ファイルを直
接追加，訂正する手段６，通信線を介して地域辞書ファ
イル２を追加，訂正する手段７を持ち、２の内容を常に
最新の状態に維持するのである。通信回線を通しての追
加，訂正は通信装置の保守担当者が一括して行なえば効
率よく、常に最新の状態を維持できる。勿論、操作者が
通信線を介さず、直接６により追加，訂正をしてもよ
い。
【００１４】図４は本発明の別の実施例で地域辞書２に
地域の地図，単位時間あたりの通話料金，外国の場合の
時差，日時などを格納し、表示装置５に表示するもの
で、このようにすると相手先の状況がよくわかる。ま
た、候補となる地域の地図を複数表示して操作者にマウ
ス，タッチパネル等で選択してもよく、これにより、市
外局番，市内局番等が選択出来るため、入力する番号数
字の組が少なくなり、間違いがおきる可能性も低く出来
る。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば、宛先番号を入力中に宛
先の地域，宛先名称等が表示出来るので、番号の間違い
による違った相手に通信がつながることを防止すること
ができ、安心して、確実な通信をすることが出来る。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】通信の宛先番号を指定する宛先入力手段と
    あらかじめ宛先情報に対応する相手の地域，相手の名前
    等を格納した辞書と該宛先入力手段で入力した宛先番号
    により、該辞書から地域，名前等の情報を検索する手段
    と検索した情報を表示する表示手段を備え、宛先の入力
    中、あるいは入力完了直後に宛先の地域，名前等を表示
    することを特徴とする宛先地域オンライン表示付通信装
    置。
  2. 【請求項２】請求項１において、該辞書の内容を追加，
    訂正する手段を備えたことを特徴とする宛先地域オンラ
    イン表示付通信装置。
  3. 【請求項３】請求項２において該辞書の内容を通信線を
    介して追加，訂正する手段を備えたことを特徴とする宛
    先地域オンライン表示付通信装置。
  4. 【請求項４】請求項１において該辞書の内容は国，地
    方，都道府県，市町村，宛先名称等の少なくとも一つ以
    上からなり、該宛先入力手段により入力した宛先番号と
    該宛先番号により検索した地域，宛先名称等の情報の少
    なくとも一つ以上を入力に応じて順次表示することを特
    徴とする宛先地域オンライン表示付通信装置。
  5. 【請求項５】請求項１において該辞書の内容は該当地域
    の地図，単位時間あたりの通話料金，相手先の日時等の
    情報を含むことを特徴とする宛先地域オンライン表示付
    通信装置。
  6. 【請求項６】請求項１において宛先入力手段は表示装置
    に表示されたあらかじめ約束した記号をマウスあるいは
    ライトペン，タッチパネル等で選択するように構成した
    ことを特徴とする宛先地域オンライン表示付通信装置。
  7. 【請求項７】請求項１において宛先の地域，宛先名称等
    を表示したのち操作者の確認の信号を待って通信が開始
    する手順を備えたことを特徴とする宛先地域オンライン
    表示付通信装置。
