【発明の詳細な説明】
ビーム
本発明は、２つのフランジとこのフランジに相互接続している１つの仲介のウェ
ブ部分とを有するビームに関する。
本発明の目的は、軽量で且つ寸法的に安定しているだけでなく製造が容易である
ビームを提供することである。
本発明によると、この目的は導入部分によって述べられたタイプのビームによっ
て達成され、そのウェブ部分は少なくとも部分的に押し出されたスチレンプラス
チックから構成されているという特徴を有する。
構成部材として使用されるのに適したビームの実施例では、ウェブ部分は２つの
間隔をおいたプレートから作られ、前記プレート間の間隔は押し出されたスチレ
ンプラスチックで満たされているのが好ましい。。
本発明は添付の図面を参照して下記にもつと詳細に記載されるであろう。
図１は本発明によるビームの第１の実施例の断面図である。
図２は本発明のビームの第２の実施例の断面図である。
図１に示されたビームは特に壁用間柱（ｗａｌｌ ５ｔｕｄ ）として使用され
るのに適している。このビームはウェブ部分３によって相互接続される２つの木
製フランジ１および２を有しており、このウェブ部分３はフランジ１および２と
同じ幅を有しているが、それでもこの場合にはウェブ部分と呼ばれる。
これは、スチロフォーム（ＳＴＹＲＯＦＯＡＭ ）という名前でＤｏｔＣｈｅｍ
ｉｃａｌによって市販されているスチレンプラスチックのような押し出されたス
チレンプラスチックから構成される。ウェブ部分３は、例えばポリウレタン接着
剤によって、フランジ１および２に糊付けされる。
図２に示されたビームは■ビームタイプのものであり、特に床構造および屋根の
トラスの構造部材として使用するのに適している。このビームもまたウェブ部分
３によって相互接続された２つの木製フランジ１および２を有する。本実施例で
は、図面から明らかであるように、ウェブ部分３はフランジ１および２よりも幅
が狭く、そして合板或いは他の適切な材料から作られる間隔をおかれた２つのプ
レート４とスチロフォームという名前でＤｏｔ Ｃｈｅｍｉｃａｌによって市販
されているスチレンプラスチックのような押し出されたスチレンプラスチックの
中間層５とから構成される。層５はプレート４の間の空間を満たし、そして例え
ばポリウレタン接着剤によってこれらのプレートに糊付けされる。フランジ１お
よび２は、互いに向き合っており、ウェブ部分３がその中に例えばポリウレタン
接着剤のような接着剤によって固着される溝６を伴って形成される。

Claims (2)
- １．２つのフランジ１，２とこのフランジを相互接続する仲介のウェブ部分３と を有するビームであり、ウェブ部分３が少なくとも部分的に押し出されたスチレ ンプラスチックから構成されることを特徴とするビーム。
- ２．ウェブ部分３が間隔をおかれた２つのプレート４から作られ、前記プレート の間の空間は押し出されたスチレンプラスチック５で満たされていることを特徴 とする請求項１記載のビーム。
