In a dehydration operation device equipped with a microcomputer that controls a drive motor that drives a dehydration basket, the drive motor is connected between both terminals of an AC power source via a triax to form a dehydration operation circuit, and the microcomputer A trigger signal is given to the gate of the triax to perform dehydration operation, and when a dehydration counter of a microcomputer finishes counting operation for a set time, the output of the trigger signal is stopped to terminate the dehydration operation. There is. Then, a lid switch that opens and closes in conjunction with the opening and closing of the lid provided above the dehydration basket is provided to interrupt the dehydration operation when the lid is opened. In this case, conventionally, the lid switch The output of the trigger signal to the triac is stopped by directly connecting the dehydration operation circuit or by applying a switching signal from the lid switch to the microcomputer.

However, in the former case where the dehydration operation circuit is opened directly with the lid switch, the dehydration counter on the microcomputer will continue to count even if the dehydration operation is interrupted, so when the dehydration is restarted, the remaining There was a problem that the dehydration operation time was shortened. In the latter case, when the switching signal of the lid switch is given to the microcomputer, the counting operation of the dehydration counter is interrupted, but since the switching signal of the lid switch is a low voltage and small current, a metal material with good conductivity is used as the lid switch. Not only does it have to use a contact type, which is expensive, but it also has the problem of generating erroneous signals due to the significant influence of noise.Furthermore, when the microcomputer breaks down, the lid is opened and the lid cannot be opened. Even though the brake device is interlockingly applying a braking force to the drive motor, the trigger signal may continue to be applied to the triax, resulting in a problem in which the drive motor becomes locked.

する。 First, when the power switch 2 is turned on and the dehydration rinse time is set, the microcomputer 1
2 determines ``YES'' in the judgment step A of ``Dehydrating and rinsing?'' and moves to the processing step B of ``Turn on the trigger input to the triact''. Outputs the trigger signal to the next “detection input is “L”
The process moves on to the judgment process C of “Is it?”. In this case, if the user has not closed the lid of the dehydrator, the lid switch 5 is in the open state and the drive motor 7 and water supply solenoid valve 8
Therefore, the light emitting diodes 14b and 15b of the photocouplers 14 and 15 remain off, and the potentials of the collectors of the phototransistors 14a and 15a are at a high level ("H" level), which is the detection signal S M and SW , and are applied to input ports I1 and I2 of the microcomputer 12, respectively. As a result, the microcomputer 12 makes a "NO" determination in the determination step C and returns to the determination step C again. However, when the user closes the lid of the dehydrator and the lid switch 5 is in the closed state, the dehydration operation circuit 11 is closed and the AC power supply voltage is applied to both ends of the drive motor 7 and the water supply solenoid valve 8. Ru. Therefore, photocoupler 14
and 15 light emitting diodes 14b and 15b are turned on, the collector potentials of phototransistors 14a and 15a become low level ("L" level), and the output of detection signals S M and SW is stopped. As a result, the microcomputer 12
In the determination step C, the determination is ``YES'', and the process moves to the process step 2 of ``Start timer count'', and the dehydration counter that counts the set time for dehydration and rinsing starts counting operation. As described above, when the AC power supply voltage is applied to the drive motor 7 and the water supply solenoid valve 8, the drive motor 7 is driven and rotates the dehydration basket, and the water supply solenoid valve 8 is opened to move inside the dehydration basket. Water is now supplied to the tank, and the dewatering and rinsing operation begins. The dewatering described above is a rinsing method in which the dehydrating basket is continuously rotated by the drive motor 7 and water is continuously supplied into the dehydrating basket by the water supply solenoid valve 8. In the case of a dewatering and rinsing mode in which water is supplied by the water supply electromagnetic valve 8 while the dewatering basket is rotated and the dewatering basket is inertly rotating or stopped, the microcomputer 12 makes the following determination in the determination step C. That is, while the drive motor 7 is rotating, the presence or absence ("H", "L") of the detection signal S M is determined based on the output of the trigger signal to the triax 9, and when the water supply solenoid valve 8 is supplying water, the presence or absence of the detection signal S M is determined based on the output of the trigger signal to the triax 9. The presence or absence of the detection signal SW (“H”,
“L”). After that, the microcomputer 12 moves to the next judgment step ``Has the set time been reached?'', and if the count value of the dehydration counter has not reached the set time, it judges ``NO''. The process moves to a judgment process similar to the judgment process C described above. Then, when the microcomputer 12 determines "YES" in the judgment step (lid switch 5 is closed), the microcomputer 12 moves to the "continue counting" processing step, and if the dehydration counter is in counting operation, it restarts. This brings us back to the judgment process. Thereafter, the microcomputer 12 sequentially repeats the judgment steps E, F and the processing step G, and when the dehydration counter finishes counting the set time, the answer is "YES" in the judgment step E.
After determining that, the process moves to the next processing step of "turning off the trigger input of triacs", and the output of the trigger signal to the gates of triacs 9 and 10 is stopped. As a result, both the drive motor 7 and the water supply solenoid valve 8 are cut off, and the dewatering and rinsing operation ends.

ある。 Now, when the user opens the lid of the dehydrator during the dehydrating and rinsing operation as described above, the lid switch 5 opens in conjunction with this, opening the dehydrating operation circuit 11, and the dehydrating and rinsing operation starts. Driving is interrupted. And the microcomputer 12
In the above-mentioned judgment step, the judgment is "NO" (lid switch 5 is opened), and the process moves to the "interrupt timer count" processing step, interrupts the counting operation of the dehydration counter, and returns to the judgment step E. become. After that, the microcomputer 12
Judgment steps E, F and treatment step I are repeated, but during this time, when the user closes the lid of the dehydrator and closes the lid switch 5, the dehydration operation circuit 11 is closed. The dehydration and rinsing operation will be restarted. And the microcomputer 12
When it moves to the judgment step, it judges "YES" (lid switch 5 is closed) and moves to the processing step. Resume counting operation. The subsequent operation is the same as described above.

That is, when the user opens the lid during the dehydration and rinsing operation, the lid switch 5 opens and the dehydration operation circuit 11 is opened to interrupt the dehydration and rinsing operation. Since the counter operation of the dehydration counter is interrupted upon detection, there is no need for insufficient dehydration and rinsing time, unlike in the past. In addition, the lid switch 5 is connected to the dehydration operation circuit 11.
Since the switch directly opens the circuit and does not provide the switching signal to the microcomputer 12, there is no need for the lid switch 5 to be an expensive one such as a gold contact. Since it does not generate a switching signal, it is not affected by noise.
Moreover, as mentioned above, the lid switch 5 directly opens the dehydration operation circuit 11, so even if the microcomputer 12 fails, if the lid switch 5 is opened, the drive motor 7 and the water supply solenoid valve 8 are surely disconnected. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the drive motor 7 from being energized and locked while receiving the braking force from the brake device even though the lid switch 5 is opened.
