[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a spike pin used in a molded type tire anti-slip member, in which the spike pin is embedded and molded into the tire anti-slip member when the tire anti-slip member is molded. . (Prior art) Conventionally, spike pins used in molded tire anti-slip members, for example,
There were publications such as 90206-90206 and Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-70806. In the former method, a plurality of core members are arranged in parallel at required intervals inside an anti-slip member made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin with a required width, and a retaining portion is provided between the core members. A non-slip member with a spike for a vehicle, which is formed by inserting a spike provided with the spike, positioning the stopper part of the spike so as to be able to engage with the core member, and molding the spike and the core member together with the elastic body. The latter consists of a steel plate with the bases of a plurality of studs fixed to it embedded in the part corresponding to the tire tread, and a plurality of shoes placed across the tire tread, and both ends of each shoe. This anti-slip device for a tire is characterized in that it consists of a pair of chain-like filamentary bodies connecting the studs to each other, and the tips of the studs protrude from the surface of the shoe. (Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above prior art, in the former case, wear of the front and rear edges of the ladder-like anti-slip member in the running direction can be prevented to some extent by the spike pin; Since the spike pin is simply molded into a core member with a brim-like retaining portion positioned so as to be able to engage with the core member, there is a risk that the spike pin may easily come out. In the latter case, there is no need to remove the studs, but since the steel plate to which the studs are attached is just a flat plate, there is a risk that the studs may be cut by the edges of the steel plate when a load is applied. It was hot. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention aims to solve the above problems, and is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin that has an inner shape and a required width that can fit the outer circumferential surface and both side surfaces of the tire. In a spike pin for a tire anti-slip member, in which a required number of core members are arranged inside a ladder-like anti-slip member and integrally molded, the width dimension in the running direction of the ladder-like anti-slip member is approximately When buried, the front and rear edges of the ladder-shaped anti-slip member in the running direction are attached to a spike pin installation plate that has the same width and is formed with a curved edge consisting of a required convex arcuate surface on the spike pin installation side on the entire periphery. It is characterized by having a required number of spike pins located at the edge portions and provided with a required number of spike pins so as to form a gap for inserting the core member in the center portion. (Example) Hereinafter, a detailed explanation will be given based on the illustrated example. Reference numeral 1 denotes a spike pin installation plate, which has approximately the same width as a ladder-like anti-slip member 6 to be described later, and has a curved bent edge 1a having a predetermined convex arc surface with the entire peripheral edge facing toward the spike pin installation surface. It is formed.
2 is a spike pin consisting of the required number, made of steel,
It is made of cemented carbide or other suitable hard metal material, and when embedded in the spike pin installation plate 1 ,
It is located at the front and rear edge edges 6a, 6a of the ladder-shaped anti-slip member 6 in the running direction, and is attached so as to form a core member insertion gap 3 in the center. Reference numeral 4 denotes a recessed portion press-fitted into the hole 5 at the tip end of the spike pin 1 , and is made of a well-known cemented carbide such as tungsten-cobalt alloy. Note that the biting portion 4 may be formed integrally with the spike pin 1 , or may be formed in the shape of a recess or hole, or may be formed in a planar shape. Reference numeral 6 denotes an anti-slip member integrally molded with the spike pin 1, which is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and has two parallel sides wired to the side surface of the tire A as shown in Figure 5. It is used by being attached like a ladder at required intervals between the strips B. 7 is the anti-slip member 6
8 is a chamfered portion, C is a tightening device for the side strip B, and D is a road surface. be. Next, the effect will be explained. As shown in FIG .
As shown in the figure, the biting part 4 on the tip side bites into the road surface (ice, snow surface) to prevent the tire A from slipping. In addition, even if the ladder-shaped non-slip member 66 is deformed due to friction with the road surface or impact force and the spike pin 2 is pulled out of the ladder-shaped non-slip member 66 , the spike pin 2 The planting plate 1 prevents the spike pin 2 from coming off, allowing stable running.
In particular, when the ladder-like anti-slip member 6 comes into contact with the road surface D when the vehicle moves forward or backward as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the edge portions 6a, 6a of the ladder-like anti-slip member 6 on the traveling direction side Since the spike pins 2, 2 are located in each of the above-mentioned edge portions 6a,
6a is reduced, and cracks do not occur near the edge of the tire contact surface on the rear side of the ladder-like anti-slip member 6 in the direction of travel, and the plate on the side on which the vehicle load acts. 1 has a curved bent edge 1a, which prevents cracks from forming on the side of the ladder-like anti-slip member 6 that contacts the tire outer circumferential surface (the side opposite to the tread surface). be. (Effects) As explained above, according to the present invention, a ladder-like anti-slip member is formed of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and has an inner shape and a required width that can fit the outer peripheral surface and both side surfaces of the tire. A spike pin for a tire anti-slip member in which a required number of core members are disposed inside and integrally molded has a width that is approximately equal to the running direction width of the ladder-like anti-slip member, and the entire periphery of the spike pin is integrally molded. A spike pin installation plate formed on a curved bent edge consisting of a required convex arc surface on the spike pin installation side, is located at the front and rear edge edge portions of the ladder-shaped anti-slip member in the running direction when buried,
In addition, the required number of spike pins are implanted in the center to form a gap for the insertion of the core member.
The spike pins integrally molded into the ladder-like non-slip member can be completely prevented from slipping out of the ladder-like non-slip member by the spike pin installation plate, and the edges of the front and rear edges of the ladder-like non-slip member in the running direction can be completely prevented. The wear of the spike pin is greatly reduced by the spike pin, and the gap for inserting the core member formed in the center of the spike pin installation plate makes it easy to insert the core member, ensuring molding. In addition, since the entire peripheral edge of the spike pin installation plate is formed into a curved surface consisting of a required convex arc surface on the side where the spike pin is installed, the load of the vehicle is not applied. Also, the convex curved surface of the spike pin installation plate can prevent the occurrence of cracks on the side of the ladder-shaped anti-skid member that contacts the tire outer circumferential surface (the side opposite to the tread surface), and as a result, the wall thickness of the ladder-shaped anti-slip member can be reduced. It is possible to save material by making it as thin as possible, and it also has the effect of allowing stable running over a long period of time.
