Abstract
Description
Claims (41)
- 1.少なくとも約1.7atmの絶対圧力下、水と油からなる液体と固体とから なる混合物を、少なくとも約115℃にまで加熱する工程と;前記加熱された混 合物に、より低い圧力をかけることにより、前記混合物を約100℃より下の温 度にまで冷却する工程と; 前記混合物中の液体を固体から分離する工程と;前記油から水を分離する工程と を含み、油、水、および固体の混合物からこれらを連続して分離する分離方法。
- 2.前記冷却工程の前に、さらに、凝集剤を添加する工程を含む請求の範囲第1 項に記載の分離方法。
- 3.前記凝集剤が、前記冷却工程の前に、約5分だけ前記混合物に添加される請 求の範囲第2項に記載の分離方法。
- 4.前記凝集剤が、前記冷却工程の前に、約1分だけ前記混合物に添加される請 求の範囲第2項に記載の分離方法。
- 5.さらに、前記混合物に解乳化剤を添加する工程を含む請求の範囲第1項に記 載の分離方法。
- 6.さらに、前記凝集剤を前記混合物に添加する工程と、解乳化剤を前記混合物 に添加する工程を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 7.さらに、前記凝集剤および解乳化剤を、前記混合物に、実質的に同時に添加 する工程を含む請求の範囲第6項に記載の分離方法。
- 8.前記解乳化剤が洗浄剤を含む請求の範囲第5項に記載の分離方法。
- 9.前記解乳化剤がポリエチレンオキサイドアルキルフェノールを含む請求の範 囲第5項に記載の分離方法。
- 10.前記解乳化剤が5重量ppmから1000重量ppmの量で、添加される 請求の範囲第5項に記載の分離方法。
- 11.前記解乳化剤が50重量ppmから100重量ppmの量で、添加される 請求の範囲第5項に記載の分離方法。
- 12.前記凝集剤がポリアクリルアミドを含む請求の範囲第2項に記載の分離方 法。
- 13.前記凝集剤が5重量ppmから1000重量ppmの量で、添加される請 求の範囲第2項に記載の分離方法。
- 14.前記凝集剤が50重量ppmから100重量ppmの量で、添加される請 求の範囲第2項に記載の分離方法。
- 15.前記凝集剤が、前記ポリアクリルアミドと共重合した4級ジメチルアミノ エチルアクリレートを、20重量%までさらに含む請求の範囲第12項に記載の 分離方法。
- 16.さらに、複合剤を、前記混合物に添加する工程を含む請求の範囲第1項に 記載の分離方法。
- 17.さらに、前記複合剤が、クエン酸、グリコール酸、およびEDTAからな る群より選択されるキレート剤を含む請求の範囲第16項に記載の分離方法。
- 18.前記複合剤が、50重量ppmから500重量ppmの量で、添加される 請求の範囲第16項に記載の分離方法。
- 19.さらに、前記混合物を撹拌する工程を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の分離 方法。
- 20.前記加熱された混合物は、0.3から0.6atmゲージの圧力の中に注 入される請求の範囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 21.前記冷却工程が、前記加熱された混合物をベンチュリーエクスパンジョン ジェットに通すことにより、前記加熱された混合物にかかる圧力を即座に解離す ることを含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 22.前記凝集剤が、ベンチュリーエクスパンジョンジェットのスロートに添加 される請求の範囲第2項に記載の分離方法。
- 23.前記冷却工程が、前記加熱された混合物を、約1分から2分以内で、90 ℃以下に冷却することを含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 24.さらに、前記加熱工程におし、て使用するため、前記水分離工程から、水 および熱を再生する工程を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 25.前記加熱工程が、加圧熱水を用いて、加圧下で、前記混合物を即座に混合 して前記液体が少なくとも約115℃の温度であるようにした請求の範囲第1項 に記載の分離方法。
- 26.前記加熱工程が、加圧熱水および蒸気を用いて、加圧下、前記混合物を即 座に混合して前記液体が少なくとも約115℃の温度であるようにした請求の範 囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 27.前記加熱工程が、加圧蒸気を用いて、加圧下、前記混合物を即座に混合し て前記液体が少なくとも約115℃の温度であるようにした請求の範囲第1項に 記載の分離方法。
- 28.前記加熱工程が、加圧熱水および蒸気を用いて、加圧下、前記混合物を即 座に混合して前記液体が少なくとも約170℃の温度であるようにした請求の範 囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 29.前記混合物および前記液体が、少なくとも約8atmの絶対圧力に即座に 加圧する請求の範囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 30.前記混合物を加熱する前に、さらに、前記混合物から沈殿する固体を分離 する工程を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の分離方法。
- 31.少なくとも約1.7atmの絶対圧力下、水と油からなる液体と固体とか らなる混合物を、少なくとも約115℃にまで加熱する加熱手段と;前記加熱さ れた混合物に、より低い圧力をかけることにより、前記混合物を約100℃より 下の温度にまで冷却する冷却手段と; 前記混合物において、液体を固体から分離する分離手段と: 前記油から水を分離する分離手段とを含み、油、水、および固体の混合物からこ れらを連続して分離する分離装置。
- 32.前記加熱された混合物に凝集剤を添加する凝集剤添加手段をさらに請求の 範囲第31項に記載の分離装置。
- 33.前記混合物を按排する撹拌手段をさらに含む請求の範囲第31項に記載の 分離装置。
- 34.前記混合物に解乳化剤を添加する解乳化剤添加手段をさらに含む請求の範 囲第31項に記載の分離装置。
- 35.前記混合物に、複合剤を添加する複合剤添加手段をさらに含む請求の範囲 第31項に記載の分離装置。
- 36.前記冷却手段が、ベンチュリーエクスパンジョンジェットを含む請求の範 囲第31項に記載の分離装置。
- 37.前記加熱工程において使用するため、前記水分離工程から、水および熱を 再生する再生手段をさらに含む請求の範囲第31項に記載の分離装置。
- 38.前記混合物中の油および水から、固体を分離する分離手段を含む請求の範 囲第31項に記載の分離装置。
- 39.前記油から水を分離する分離手段が、遠心分離器を含む請求の範囲第31 項に記載の分離装置。
- 40.前記加熱手段が、前記混合物を加圧する手段、ミキサー、および熱加圧水 源を含む請求の範囲第31項に記載の分離装置。
- 41.前記加熱手段が、前記混合物を加圧する手段、ミキサー、および熱加圧蒸 気源を含む請求の範囲第31項に記載の分離装置。
