Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 1.(a)ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVdF)、ならびにポリビニリデン フルオライドの潜溶媒である第1成分およびポリビニリデンフルオライドの非溶 媒である第2成分を初めに含んでなる溶媒系を含んでなる混合物を加熱し、ここ で高温でポリビニリデンフルオライドは溶媒系に溶解して光学的に清澄な溶液を 与え、 (b)溶液を急速に冷却し、非平衡液−液相分離を生じさせ、連続的なポリマー の豊富な相および連続的なポリマーの乏しい相を形成し、これら2つの相は大き な界面領域の二連続的マトリックスを形成するように混ぜ合わさり、(c)ポリ マーの豊富な相が固形化するまで冷却を続け、(d)固形ポリマー材料から、溶 媒系を除去することを含んでなる多孔質ポリマー材料の製造法。
- 2.混合物が、さらに酸化防止剤を含有する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 3.混合物を約1〜20時間にわたって加熱する請求の範囲第1項または第2頂 に記載方法。
- 4.化学反応が溶媒系内で生じて、PVdFのための溶媒系を集合的に形成する 生成物の混合物を形成するか、あるいは該混合物の少なくとも1つの成分がPV dFのための溶媒系である請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 5.溶液を中空繊維膜に形成するために使用される押出ヘッドに溶液を導入し、 腔形成流体、中空繊維の外表面に導入される被覆液、および被覆流体の周囲に導 入される冷却液と同軸的に押し出す請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれかに記載の方 法。
- 6.被覆液は、溶媒系を形成する潜溶媒と非溶媒の混合物を含んでなり、膜表面 での孔の出現頻度および孔寸法を予め決めるように潜溶媒と非溶媒の比を選択す る請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。
- 7.腔流体として働くガスまたは蒸気以外の空気、ガスまたは蒸気を押出中に排 除する請求の範囲第5項または第6項に記載の方法。
- 8.冷却工程時に繊維に軸方向に応力をかけて5〜100の比で伸張し、これに より表面孔を長くする請求の範囲第5〜7項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 9.溶媒系の第1成分がグリセロールエステルである請求の範囲第1〜8項のい ずれかに記載の方法。
- 10.第1成分が、グリセロールトリアセテート、グリセロールトリプロピオネ ート、グリセロールトリブチレートおよび部分エステル化グリセロールからなる 群から選択された請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。
- 11.溶媒系の第2成分が、水素結合できる、高沸点の極性化合物である請求の 範囲第1〜10項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 12.第2成分が、高級アルコール、グリコールまたはポリオールである請求の 範囲第11項記載の方法。
- 13.第2成分が、グリセロール、ジエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコ ール、ポリエチレングリコールおよびポリプロピレングリコールからなる群がら 選択された請求の範囲第12項記載の方法。
- 14.混合物が、ポリビニリデンフルオライド、グリセロールトリアセテート、 ジエチレングリコールおよび酸化防止剤を含んでなる請求の範囲第1項記載の方 法。
- 15.それぞれのストランドに沿って間隔を置いた複数の位置で一体に接続され た複数のポリマーストランドからなるレース状またはフィラメント構造を有する ことを特徴とする多孔質PVdF材料。
- 16.接続部の寸法が、接続点でのストランドの断面よりもわずかにのみ大きい 請求の範囲第15項記載の多孔質材料。
- 17.それぞれのストランドの長さがストランドの直径の5〜50倍である請求 の範囲15項または第16項記載の多孔質材料。
- 18.少なくとも幾つかのストランドの断面形状は円形状である請求の範囲第1 5〜17項のいずれかに記載の多孔質材料。
- 19.少なくとも幾つかのストランドの断面形状は楕円である請求の範囲第15 〜17項のいずれかに記載の多孔質材料。
- 20.楕円の長軸が、楕円の短軸の5倍までである請求の範囲第17項記載の多 孔質材料。
- 21.少なくとも幾つかのストランドが軸方向に配向しており、相互接続軸方向 ストランドがほぼ幅広の形状を有する空隙を規定する請求の範囲第15〜18項 のいずれかに記載の多孔質材料。
- 22.構造が、レース状構造によって包囲された、8〜20umの複数の胞を有 する請求の範囲第15〜19項のいずれかに記載の多孔質材料。
- 23.中空繊維の形態である請求の範囲第15〜20項のいずれかに記載の多孔 質材料。
- 24.請求の範囲第1項記載の方法によって製造されたポリビニリデンフルオラ イド(PVdF)材料。
