本発明は、光学に関し、特に、光学的な探知、診断及び治療の装置に於けるよう
な光学の医療への応用に関する0本発明による方法及び装置は、種々の多機能光
学装置が、その全ては目標対象物からの同じ反射光をめて通常競合するが、それ
ら光学装置が機能することで性能上の劣化が起こらないように、また、必要照度
レベルを大幅に増加させることなく、同時にいかに作動するかに関する。種々の
光学装置の例としては、レーザ、多重リアルタイム診断装置、オンラインビデオ
画像装置及び他の試験測定装置が有る。

Claims (5)
- 1.診断目的で患者の自から皮射光を受光する複数の検出器を含む、リアルタイ ム眼科解析のための光字診断システムに於て、光路の軸に沿って、目を照明光ビ ームにより照明する手段と、前記照明手段と目との間で、前記照明光ビーム上に 配置される複数の連なったビームスプリッターと、前記ビームスプリッターの各 々は、前記光路に沿って目に向かう前記照明光ビームの実質的に全てを透過する 手段を有し、目の光学表面からの反射光を、前記光路に沿った軸上で、前記複数 の連なるビームスプリッターに戻すための手段と、予め選択された第一波長範囲 内の実質的に全ての光を前記光路からそらせるように反射するための、前記反射 光の前記光路中の少なくとも第一のビームスブリッター上の第一コーティング手 段と、前記第一ビームスプリッターは、前記反射光の残留波長の実質的に全てを 透過するための手段を有し、予め選択された第二波長範囲内の実質的に全ての光 を前記光路からそらせるように反射するための、前記反射光の前記光路中の前記 複数のビームスプリッターの後続のビームスプリッター上の第二コーティング手 段と、前記後続のビームスプリッターは、前記反射光の残留波長の実質的に全て の透過するための手段を有し、 実質的に全ての残留光を前記光路からそらせて反射させるため、最後の反射ビー ムスプリッター上の最後のコーティング手段と、複数の光学検出器とを含み、前 記検出器の各々は、前記複数の連なるビームスプリッターの内の一つから反射光 を受光するように配置され、目からの反射光の光のスペクトルの実質的により大 きい部分が検出器により診断目的に使用され、従って照明光ビームの強度を最小 にすることが可能であることを特徴とする光学診断装置。
- 2.診断目的で患者の目から反射光を受光する複数の検出器を含む、リアルタイ ム眼科解析のための光学診断システムに於て、光路の軸に沿って、目を照明光ビ ームにより照明する手段と目の光学表面から一つのビームスプリッターへ反射さ れた照明光ビームから光を受光するため、目からの反射光の光路に配置された少 なくとも前記一つのビームスプリッターと、 予め選択された第一波長範囲内の実質的に全ての光を前記光路からそらせるよう に反射するための、前記反射光の前記光路中の少なくとも第一のビームスプリッ ター上の第一コーティング手段と、前記第一ビームスプリッターは、前記反射光 の残留波長の実質的に全てを透過するための手段を有し、複数の光学検出器とを 有し、前記検出器の各々は、前記複数の連なるビームスプリッターの少なくとも 前記一つのビームスプリッターによって分解される、目からの反射光の一部を受 光するように配置されていて反射光をスペクトル的に分解しないで得られる他の 方法よりも、目からの反射光の光のスペクトルの実質的により大きい部分が検出 器により診断目的に使用され、従って照明光ビームの強度を最小にすることが可 能であることを特徴とする光学診断装置。
- 3.目からの反射光の光路に配置された複数の連なるビームスプリッターを含み 、更に、予め選択された第二波長範囲内の実質的に全ての光を前記光路からそら せるように反射するための、前記反射光の前記光路中の前記複数のビームスプリ ッターの後続のビームスプリッター上の第二コーテイング手段と、前記後続のビ ームスプリッターは、前記反射光の残留波長の実質的に全てを透過するための手 段を有し、少なくとも三つの検出器を含む前記複数の光学検出器とを含み、前記 三つの検出器の各々は、自からの反射光の異なったスペクトル部分を受光するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の光学診断装置。
- 4.前記複数の検出器の最後の一つに前記光路からの実質的に全ての残留光をビ ーム光路からそらすように反射させるための、前記最後の反射ビームスプリッタ ー上の最後のコーティング手段とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項 に記載の光学診断装置。
- 5.光ビームのスペクトル分布は、白色光の代表的なガウス分布に従わないよう にするために、前記照明手段は、特定の強調を施したスペクトル部分を有する照 明光ビームをにより照明することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の光学診 断装置。
