される解錠信号Vlを玄関ロビーユニツト1a,
1bに伝送する解錠信号線6とで構成されてお
り、玄関ロビーユニツト1a,1bから住戸ユニ
ツト3あるいは管理室ユニツト2を呼出してイン
ターホン通話を行なうことができ、また管理室ユ
ニツト2と各住戸ユニツト3との間で相互にイン
ターホン通話を行なうことができる。ところで、
解錠スイツチ32,22は上述のインターホン通
話の結果、玄関ロビーにいる来訪者の入所を許可
する場合に操作されるようになつているが、解錠
スイツチ32,22が操作され解錠信号Vlが玄
関ロビーユニツト1a,1bに入力されると両玄
関ロビーユニツト1a,1bの解錠部7′が同時
に動作して両玄関ロビーの玄関扉の電気錠8a,
8bが共に解錠されてしまうという不都合があつ
た。すなわち、一方の玄関ロビーの玄関扉は来訪
者がいないにも拘らず解錠されてしまうわけであ
る。また、従来例では両玄関ロビーユニツト1

ンでかつ解錠信号Vlが得られたとき電気錠8a
を解錠するようになつている。図中11は変復調
回路、12は論理回路、13は操作部であり、操
作部13から住戸番号をキー入力するかあるいは
管理室呼出釦を押すことによつて、論理回路12
において所定の住戸ユニツト3あるいは管理室ユ
ニツト2を呼出す呼出信号(アドレスデータおよ
び制御データ)が形成され、変復調回路11を介
して時分割多重伝送される。このとき論理回路1
2出力にて接続制御接点r1がオンされるととも
に、通話中表示回路14にて通話中であることを
LEDなどにて表示する。通話中表示回路14か
らは同時に通話中であることを示す“L”レベル
の通話中信号V0が出力され、この通話中信号V0

ニツトに伝送する解錠信号線とで構成された集合
住宅用インターホンシステムにおいて、解錠信号
が得られたとき呼出操作によつて接続制御接点が
オンされている玄関ロビーの玄関扉の電気錠を解
錠させる解錠部を各玄関ロビーユニツトに設けた
ものであり、解錠信号によつてインターホン通話
が行なわれている玄関ロビーの玄関扉の解錠が行
なわれ、来訪者のいない他の玄関ロビーの玄関扉
が解錠されることがなく、しかも他の玄関ロビー
へのインターホン通話の漏洩がないという効果が
ある。
