Claims (21)
- 1.使い捨てセンサ装置に電気接続されるためのマルチチャンネルコネクタを有 するポータブル分析計器の品質確認テスト用の再使用可能なテストユニットであ って、前記計器のマルチチャンネルコネクタと電気的接触を行うコネクタ手段、 及び、 個々のチャンネル上で多数の微小電気化学センサをシミュレートするためのシミ ュレートされた信号手段、とを有する前記再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 2.前記シミュレートされた信号手段は一連の電流測定センサ、電位測定センサ 、及び導電率測定センサをシミュレートする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の再使用 可能なテストユニット。
- 3.前記シミュレートされた信号手段は、さらに電位測定チャンネルと参照チャ ンネルとの間に既知の電圧を印加する手段からなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の 再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 4.前記シミュレートされた信号手段は隣接する電位測定チャンネルに参照チャ ンネルとは反対極性の電圧を印加する特許請求の範囲第3項記載の再使用可能な テストユニット。
- 5.前記シミュレートされた信号手段は、さらに電流測定チャンネルと参照チャ ンネルとの間に既知の電流をながす手段からなる特許請求の範囲第5項記載の再 使用可能なテストユニット。
- 6.既知の電流をながすための手段は電流測定チャンネルと参照チャンネルとの 間の抵抗に電圧を印加する特許請求の範囲第5項の再使用可能なテストユニット 。
- 7.前記シミュレートされた信号手段は、さらに2つの導電率測定チャンネル間 に既知のインピーダンスを印加する手段からなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の再 使用可能なテストユニット。
- 8.前記テストユニットは前記計器内の回路板として備えられる特許請求の範囲 第1項記載の再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 9.さらに、コネクタ手段を有する突起部を有し、前記計器に挿入されるように 適合した前記シミュレートされた信号手段を収納するケースからなる特許請求の 範囲第1項記載の再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 10.さらに、前記コネクタ手段を汚染から保護する引き込み可能なプレート手 段からなる特許請求の範囲第9項の再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 11.さらに、マルチチャンネルコネクタの漏洩を測定するための漏洩測定手段 からなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 12.さらに、前記計器内のフロントエンド増幅器のバイアス電流を測定するた めのバイアス電流測定手段からなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の再使用可能なテ ストユニット。
- 13.さらに、マルチチャンネルコネクタの漏洩に起因する前記計器の損傷と、 前記計器内のフロントエンド増幅器の過剰なバイアス電流に起因する損傷とを区 別するための損傷判定手段からなる特許請求の範囲第11項記載の再使用可能な テストユニット。
- 14.さらに、マルチチャンネルコネクタの漏洩に起因する前記計器の損傷と、 前記計器内のフロントエンド増幅器の過剰なバイアス電流に起因する損傷とを区 別するための損傷判別手段からなる特許請求の範囲記載の再使用可能なテストユ ニット。
- 15.さらに、2つのチャンネル間に既知の変動ステップ電圧を印加すための手 段からなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 16.さらに、前記テストユニットが接続されたことを判別するために前記計器 に電気信号を供給するための判別手段からなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の再使 用可能なテストユニット。
- 17.前記テストユニットはコネクタ手段を通して前記計器によりパワー供給さ れる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 18.コネクタ手段は回路板の一方の表面に多数のコネクタパッドを有し、前記 回路板は隣接する1対のコネクタパッド間に間隙を与えるように切断される特許 請求の範囲第1項記載の再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 19.さらに、漏洩電流を防止するために、前記コネクタパッドと同一表面上の コネクタ手段の回路板上の保護ラインからなる特許請求の範囲第18項記載の再 使用可能なテストユニット。
- 20.前記回路板内の貫通孔は切断された間隙の一つにより分けられ、前記孔の 一方の側面上の残りの円周プレート表面は保護ラインの一つに接続されている特 許請求の範囲第19項記載の再使用可能なテストユニット。
- 21.さらに、前記コネクタパッドからの前記回路板の反対表面上に設置され、 前記孔の一方の側面上の残りの円周プレート表面に接続された導電体からなる特 許請求の範囲第20項記載の再使用可能なテストユニット。
