Before supplying, the old material remaining in the cylinder body is removed by dry injection, etc., and further injection is performed using cleaning material. That is, in this method, each time a color or material is changed, injection is performed using the old material remaining in the cylinder and blank injection is performed, resulting in a problem of poor productivity.

The molding material is supplied to the molding material hoppers 10 and 11 by the operation of the molding material. The operation of the suction blowers 5 and 6 is controlled by a material conveyance control device 12, and the operation of the suction blower 9 is controlled by a material conveyance control device 13. Said hopper 10,
The lower part of the piping section communicating with the material supply port side (lower side in the drawing) of No. 11 is combined to form the molding machine cylinder section 14.
is connected to. The controller 15 instructs the timing of operation and stop of the suction blowers 5, 6, and 9, and is linked to the material conveyance control devices 12 and 13 by a communication line 16. This controller 15 also includes a product counting device 17.
and the main controller 18 are linked by a communication line 19. The product counting device 17 is a device that counts the current production volume of products based on a shot number signal and a food/defective product discrimination signal sent from an injection molding machine (not shown). The main controller 18 performs production counting, molding, etc. commanded from a host computer (not shown).
This is a device that stores setup conditions, etc., and these conditions are set from a keyboard (not shown). It should be noted that the drying devices 7, 8 and the hoppers 10, 11 may of course be constructed of three or more units, and a hopper for supplying cleaning material may be provided among them.

形材料4によつて成形を行う。 First, the suction blowers 5 and 9 are operated, and the molding material (first molding material) 4 in the hopper 10 is used for molding with the suction blower 6 being stopped. At this time, data such as the used hopper number, material specific gravity, product standard weight, cylinder volume, etc. are retrieved from the storage device (not shown) of the main controller 18. The main controller 18 uses these data to control the molding material 4 and hopper 10 supplied into the molding machine cylinder section 14,
With the molding material 4 remaining in the drying device 7, calculate how many more good products can be molded out of the ones currently being molded, and calculate this value as the number of products that can be molded with the remaining material (as expected from the remaining production volume). The number of defective molded products minus the number of defective molded products) is sent to the controller 15.
The controller 15 compares the current production amount (product receipt amount - number of defects) sent from the product counting device 17 with the number of products to be molded (target production amount) sent from the main control device 18, and calculates this value. When the value reaches a predetermined value (the value of the number of non-defective products obtained by subtracting the expected number of defective molded products from the remaining number of produced products), the operation of the suction blowers 5 and 9 is stopped. After the operation of these suction blowers 5 and 9 is stopped, molding is performed only with the molding material 4 remaining in the drying device 7, hopper 10, and molding machine cylinder part 14, and when the target production quantity is reached, the molding material 4 is dried. The remaining material in the device 7, hopper 10, and molding machine cylinder section 14 is almost completely gone. At this point, the controller 15 controls the molding material 3
In order to supply (the second molding material), the suction blowers 6 and 9 are operated. Therefore, the molding material 3 is charged from the material bag 1 into the molding machine cylinder section 14 via the drying device 8 and the hopper 11. However,
Molding is carried out sequentially using this molding material 3, and when the target production quantity is reached, an operation opposite to the material change operation from the first molding material 4 to the second molding material 3 as described above is performed, and the suction blower Stop the operation of 6 and 9. Then, after performing the remaining molding with the material remaining in the drying device 8, hopper 11, and molding machine cylinder section 14, the suction blowers 5 and 9 are operated to perform molding with the first molding material 4.

設定によつて行うこともできる。 In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, a material supply device consisting of two hoppers was illustrated, but of course, if material change is not required, only one hopper is used. Also,
The timing for stopping the operation of the suction blowers 5, 6, and 9 is determined by the material conveyance control device 12, as described above.
In addition to being automatically performed using 13, it can also be performed manually.

に極めて適する。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the timing of stopping the supply of molding material can be arbitrarily adjusted based on the calculation results, so the molding material can be used effectively and material loss can be reduced. It can be made extremely small. This makes it possible to almost eliminate blank injections and reduce the amount of cleaning material used, which improves productivity and is extremely suitable for high-mix, low-volume production.
