本発明は、平面研磨装置の定盤に研磨用パツド
を取付ける場合に、該パツドに予め研磨剤供給孔
を穿設する際の孔位置決定用の治具として、ま
た、該パツドを定盤に貼着する際の貼着用の治具
として好適に使用することのできる研磨用パツド

安定になつて正確な作業を行いにくいばかりでな
く、大重量の定盤の下での作業であることから、

貫通孔12と重合しない位置において、隣接する
2つの貫通孔12,12が基板11の中心に対し
てなす角度θの整数倍の角度φで円周方向に配設
