FIGS. 4 and 5 are schematic diagrams showing an example of this type of electric trolley, with FIG. 4 being a front view and FIG. 5 being a bottom view. In these figures 1
2 is the vehicle body, and 2 is the drive motor, which is a DC motor and uses a storage battery mounted on the truck as its power source. Reference numeral 3 denotes a speed reducer for reducing the output rotational speed from the drive motor and imparting a large rotational force to the drive wheels, and 4 represents a gear for running on the vertical rail section, which is mounted on the output side rotating shaft of the speed reducer 3. Reference numeral 5 denotes a drive wheel, which is provided coaxially with the gear 4 and in parallel with the gear. Reference numeral 6 designates idle wheels provided one at each of the four corners of the vehicle body 1.

Gear 4 and Rack 7-3 are used for running on the vertical rail section.
Not only do these gears and racks need to be used, but they also have problems at the beginning of their mutual meshing, resulting in teeth being chipped. Sometimes a large propulsion force is required and a speed reducer is installed to obtain this.However, when running on horizontal rails, the propulsive force may be smaller than when running on vertical rails, but on the other hand, high speeds are required. Restricted by the speed reducer, sufficient travel speed cannot be obtained.

A pressing mechanism is provided to press the vertical running drive wheels against the rails, and a sufficient contact friction force is applied between the drive wheels and the rails when running on the vertical rails.

Fig. 1 is a side view of a bogie equipped with the drive device of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a partial view. The large-diameter drive wheels 14 and 14' are arranged on both sides, and these wheels are arranged on the same axis and are integrally driven by an electric motor 15. , 14' are formed into approximately truncated conical shapes;
Their small diameter sides are facing each other. 16 is drive wheel 1
2 to the track rail 17, and is pivoted to the free end of the lever 19, which is pivotally connected to the support arm 18 connected to the car body 11. ), the pressure roll 16 and the drive wheel 12 clamp the track rail 17 from above and below, thereby bringing the drive wheel 12 into pressure contact with the running surface of the track rail 17. The track rail 17 has a trapezoidal cross section, and the sloped surfaces on both sides serve as running surfaces for the large-diameter drive wheels 14, 14' among the driving wheels, and this slope effect prevents the wheels from coming off the rail. A continuous additional rail 21 of an appropriate thickness is attached to the top of the vertical rail, and the height of the vertical rail portion is increased by this amount, and the additional rail becomes a running surface for the small diameter drive wheel 13 among the drive wheels. ing. Reference numeral 22 denotes an idler wheel, which has the same shape as the drive wheel 12 described above. A roller 23 is provided on the support frame 24 opposite to the idler wheel 21 across the track rail 17, and prevents the idler wheel 21 from floating up relative to the track rail 17.

When traveling on the horizontal rail of the track rail 17, only the large-diameter drive wheels 14, 14' of the drive wheels 12 are pressed against the track rail 17 and driven by the electric motor 15, as shown in FIG. The large-diameter drive wheels 14, 14' provided thereon allow the truck to travel.
In addition, when traveling on a vertical rail portion of the track rail 17, an additional rail 21 is attached to this rail portion, and since the rail height of this portion is large, a small diameter drive wheel 13 is attached to this additional rail portion.
The small-diameter drive wheels 13 ride on this additional rail as shown in FIG. It can run with the propulsion force from 13.

In the embodiment, a reducer 26 with a high reduction ratio is interposed between the drive wheels 24 for running the horizontal rail section and the drive wheels 25 for running the vertical rail section, and the drive wheels 24 for running the horizontal rail section and the drive electric motor 2 are interposed.
A reducer 28 with a low reduction ratio is interposed between the track rail 29 and the vertical rail 30, and a horizontal rail 29 and a vertical rail 30 are installed separately. The vehicle is made to run on the rail by the propulsive force of one drive wheel 24, and when traveling on the vertical rail section, it is made to run on this rail by the propulsive force of the other drive wheel 25. It is. In the same figure, reference numeral 31 denotes a pressure roll attached to the vehicle body to maintain the necessary contact pressure between the drive wheel 25 and the vertical rail 30 when the vertical rail section is running, and the force of the spring 32 causes the pressure roll and the drive wheel to be compressed. 25 and the vertical rail 30, the contact pressure of the drive wheel 25 against the rail 30 is maintained.

とができる。"Effects of the Invention" As explained above, according to the present invention, in a track-type electric bogie that runs on a track rail having a horizontal rail and a vertical rail, the drive wheels for running the horizontal rail and the vertical rail have different drive propulsive forces. In addition to providing drive wheels for running on the rails, at least a pressing mechanism for pressing the drive wheels for running on the vertical rails against the vertical rail is provided to apply a contact friction force necessary for vertical running between these rails and the drive wheels. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a cart that can sufficiently run not only on the horizontal rail section but also on the vertical rail section with a simple structure without requiring gears and racks as in the conventional method, and since it does not have gears and racks. This eliminates the troubles that occur when a problem initially occurs in the meshing of gears and racks, and the diameters of each of the drive wheels are made different, with the smaller diameter drive wheels being used for running on vertical rails and the larger diameter drive wheels being used for running on horizontal rails. By using it for running, or by differentiating the reduction ratios of the reducers for giving rotational force to both drive wheels, high speeds can be achieved when running on horizontal rail sections where each drive wheel requires small torque. , high propulsion force can be obtained when traveling on the vertical rail section.
