(57)【要約】 【目的】本考案の目的は自動車の窓ピラーに取付けられ
ているベルトアンカーからの外力によって、ルーフサイ
ドが変形しないようにすることにある。 【構成】窓ピラー(2) のアウターパネル(3) の内側に結
合した補強板(9) によってルーフ(5) のサイドレール部
(6) を補強する。

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は例えばワンボックスタイプの自動車のセカンドシート用ベルトのアン カーの取付構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図４に示すワンボックスタイプの自動車(1) のセカンドシート用ベルトのアン カーは窓ピラー(2) に取付けられている。 従来は図５および図６に示すようにルーフ(5) のサイドレール部(6) を介して アウターパネル(3) とインナーパネル(4) とからなる窓ピラー(2) が差出され、 該窓ピラー(2) のインナーパネル(4) 側にベルトアンカー(7) が取付けられてい た。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来構成ではベルト(8) の引張り力がベルトアンカー(7) に及ぼされると 窓ピラー(2) を介してルーフ(5) のサイドレール部(6) が引張られて図７の点線 に示すように変形すると云う問題点がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、自動車の窓ピラー(2) のアウターパネル(3) 内側にルーフサイドにまで達する補強板(9) を結合し、該 補強板(9) にベルトアンカー(7) を取付けたベルトアンカー取付構造を提供する ものである。

【作用】
ルーフ(5) のサイドは窓ピラー(2) のアウターパネル(3) 内側に結合されてい る補強板(9) により補強され、ベルトアンカー(7) からの外力に抵抗する。

【実施例】
本考案を図１〜図３に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、自動車(1) の窓ピラ ー(2) はアウターパネル(3) とインナーパネル(4) とからなり、該アウターパネ ル(3) の内側には補強板(9) が結合され、該補強板(9) の上端部はルーフ(5) の サイドレール部(6) の内側にまで達しインナーパネル(4) 側でボルト(10)とナッ ト(11)によって締結されている。
【０００７】 上記構成では、ルーフ(5) のサイドレール部(6) は補強板(9) によって補強さ れており、ベルト(8) からベルトアンカー(7) に及ぼされる外力が窓ピラー(2) を介して該サイドレール部(6) に伝達されても、該サイドレール部(6) の変形は 防止される。

したがって本考案においては、ベルトからの外力によるルーフサイドの変形が 確実に防止される。
