ベルトの取付けられるバックピラーのベルトからの外力
による変形を防止することを目的とする。 【構成】バックピラー(3) において、ベルト(8) からの
外力が集中する後内側の角部分に補強板(10)を結合す
る。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はバックドアを有する自動車のリヤシート用ベルトアンカーの取付構造 に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば図２に示すバンタイプの自動車(1) の背面にはバックドア(2) が取付け られているが、このタイプの自動車(1) にあってはリヤシート用ベルトアンカー はバックピラー(3) に取付けられている。 図３に示すようにバックピラー(3) はアウターパネル(4) とインナーパネル(5 ) 、そして背面において該アウターパネル(4) と該インナーパネル(5) とを接続 する接続パネル(6) とからなり、ベルトアンカー(7) は従来はインナーパネル(5 ) の内側に取付けられている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来構成にあっては、ベルト(8) に引張り力が及ぼされると該引張り力は ベルト取付部(9) を介してベルトアンカー(7) およびインナーパネル(5) に及ぼ され、主としてバックピラー(3) の後内側の角部分に外力が集中して点線に示す ように変形してしまうと云う問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、バックドア(2) を有す る自動車のバックピラー(3) のインナーパネル(5) の内側にベルトアンカー(7) を取付けた構造であって、該バックピラー(7) の後面から内側面にかけて補強板 (10)を結合したベルトアンカー取付構造を提供するものである。

【作用】
ベルト(8) からの外力は主としてバックピラー(3) の後内側の角部分に集中す るが、この部分に後面から内側面にかけて補強板(10)が結合されているので、バ ックピラー(3) の後内側は該補強板(10)で補強される。

【実施例】
本考案を図１に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、前記したように自動車(1) のバックピラー(3) はアウターパネル(4) とインナーパネル(5) 、そして該アウ ターパネル(4) と該インナーパネル(5) とを後面において接続する接続パネル(6 ) とからなり、インナーパネル(5) の内側にベルトアンカー(7) が取付けられ、 該ベルトアンカー(7) の取付部(9) にベルト(8) が取付けられている。そして接 続パネル(6) からインナーパネル(5) にかけては補強板(10)がボルト(11)とナッ ト(12)によって結合されている。 したがって該バックピラー(3) の後内側の角部分は該補強板(10)によって補強 され、この部分にベルト(8) からの外力が集中しても変形に抵抗する。

したがって本考案においては、ベルトからの外力によるバックピラーの変形が 防止される。
