(Field of Industrial Application) This invention relates to an sweet bean paste, which is a kind of confectionery, in which the flavor is increased by mixing bean paste with chiyocolate. (Prior Art) Conventionally, tiyocolate has been eaten not only as it is, but also by coating the surface of other confectionery, or by disposing chunks of thiyocolate inside confectionery. (Problems to be solved by the invention) However, due to the diversification of food, the traditional way of eating is not enough, and there has been a desire for other ways to eat tiyocolate. Conventionally, confectionery based on red bean paste has a problem in that if it is coated with chiyokolate, the taste of chiyokolate is too strong and it cannot be eaten deliciously. (Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the confectionery of this invention is characterized by mixing and dispersing chiyocolate chips. In addition, examples of the sweet bean paste include bean paste and chestnut paste, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Furthermore, it is desirable that the particle size of the Chiyokolate chips to be mixed and dispersed in the sweets is within the range of 1 mm to 10 mm. This is because if the thickness exceeds 10 mm, the bean paste and chiyokolate will not mix well with each other, giving a strange feeling, while if it is less than 1 mm, the result will be similar to that of kneading chiyokolate powder into the bean paste. Further, it is desirable that the mixing amount is within the range of 3% to 30% (by weight). This is because if it exceeds 30%, the taste of chiyocolate is too strong, and if it is less than 3%, there is no characteristic of chiyocolate. Further, the type of chiyocolate is not particularly limited, and it is possible to use not only milk chiyocolate and black chiyocolate, but also white chiyocolate, for example. In addition to the Chiyokolate chips, other ingredients can also be mixed into the sweet bean paste.
For example, by adding small chestnut particles or diced fruits, you can create a change in taste.

[Table] The process of manufacturing sweets using the above raw materials will be explained. First, obtain fried bean paste. That is, the above-mentioned amounts of sugar, starch syrup, and sorbitol are placed in a pot, and while heating, raw bean paste is gradually added, and the heating is further increased to bring it to a boil. When the boil reaches 98°C, BX (62-63), stop heating and add flavoring. Next, baked bean paste is obtained by cooling and aging at room temperature. Furthermore, the process of obtaining the sweet bean paste of the present invention from this baked bean paste will be explained. 100 parts by weight of the baked bean paste obtained above and 30 parts by weight of Chiyocolate chips having a particle size within the range of approximately 5 mm to 6 mm are used. First, knead the fried bean paste while stirring so that the dough has a uniform consistency. When the softness becomes constant,
Add the chiyocolate chips. This kneaded material is shaped into a suitable shape by squeezing or the like. In this molding, molded products of various shapes can be obtained by appropriately changing the nozzle of the drawing die. The above-mentioned molded product was baked at 200℃ for 13 minutes, and 1 was made by mixing and dispersing 2 and 3 Chiyokolate chips.
get. In addition, during firing, the high temperature causes the Chiyokolate chips 3 to melt, but since the shape is retained in the bean paste 2, the original shape can be obtained as is by cooling.
The shape of Chiyokolate Chip 3 does not collapse.
The thus obtained sweet bean paste 1 has a well-balanced taste of bean paste and chiyocollate, and has an extremely excellent flavor. In addition to the chocolate chips, it is also possible to add small chestnut particles or diced fruits to the sweets. This can increase the variety of tastes and further improve the flavor of chiyocolate and sweets. In the above embodiment, a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped sweet is shown and explained, but as mentioned above, the shape of the sweet is arbitrary. It is possible to make it into a mold shape, and it is also possible to make it into a wrapped shape such as a manju 7 in which the bean paste 5 is covered with a wrapper 6 and the filling 5 is covered with chocolate chips 3, as shown in FIG. (Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to this invention, since the chiyocolate chips are mixed and dispersed in the sweet bean paste, the tastes of the two are harmonized and a sweet with excellent flavor can be obtained.
