Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、低インダクタンスの空心コイルを基
板上に搭載した高周波回路装置の特性調整方法に
関する。

(従来の技術) 高周波回路を構成する空心コイル等の電子部品
は、高周波回路に適合したインダクタンス値等を
有するものが予め選択されて用いられる。しかし
ながら、高周波回路の特性は電子部品の配置や接
続状態によつて異なる。そこで、すべての電子部
品を基板に組み込んだ後、高周波特性を測定しな
がら、電子部品の定数例えば空心コイルのインダ
クタンス値を変えて高周波特性を調整し所望の特
性を得ている。

くなる等の課題があつた。

端部を捩じつて閉じたループを形成し、その捩じ
り加減によりインダクタンス値を変えて高周波回
路の特性を調整することを特徴とする。
