[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a crusher in which the crushed material inputted from the input section is crushed in the crushing section, and then the crushed crushed material is carried out from the discharge section. A bending portion having a plurality of pairs of bending teeth whose tip portions are formed on the outer periphery and whose tip portions are always engaged with each other is provided at the lower part of the crushing portion, and the plurality of pairs of bending teeth are one pair. are fixed in series to the rotating shafts of the pair, and to at least one of the pair of rotating shafts,
A series of bent teeth coupled to rotational driving means for rotationally driving the bent teeth in the meshed state and fixed to the rotating shaft rotates the tips of adjacent bent teeth in the circumferential direction on the rotating shaft. They are configured by shifting the phase.

First, a power switch (not shown) is turned on, and when the outer cover 4 is opened, the first switch 6 is turned on, the inner cover opening/closing motor 19 is driven, the inner cover 13 is moved horizontally, and the slot 2 is opened. In this state, when a resin syringe 104 with a needle 104A is inserted from the input port 2, the syringe 104 falls through the input hopper 9 into the crushing unit 36 and is sterilized by being intermittently sprayed from the nozzle 31. It is disinfected by the liquid 32. After that, when the outer cover 4 is closed, the second switch 8 is turned on and the inner cover opening/closing motor 1 is turned on.
9 rotates in the reverse direction, the inner lid 13 is closed, the third switch 29 is turned on, and the crushing motor 55 is driven. As a result, the pair of rotary blades 46 and 47 rotate inward to rotate the syringe 104 and the injection needle 104A.
The injection needle 104A falls into the bending unit 57 as it is crushed, and the injection needle 104A that falls without being crushed is attached to the tip of a pair of bending teeth 67, 68 that constantly mesh with each other and rotate inwardly. 70 and is bent and formed by the tooth tips 70 having a phase difference, and then passed through the fall guiding hopper 72 and stored in the storage bag 94 together with the disinfectant liquid 32 and blood.
When the inside of the storage bag 94 becomes full, the storage frame 86 is lowered by its weight against the bias of the spring 80, and the fifth switch 84 is turned on to stop the crushing motor 55. Then, the front plate 73 and the outer frame 7
5 is pulled out of the machine body 1 together with the accommodation receiving frame 86, and after the accommodation bag 94 is replaced, it is set in the machine body 1 again.

次に折曲部の作用について説明する。 Next, the function of the bent portion will be explained.

The intermediate gear 54 is driven by the crushing motor 55.
Inward rotation is applied to the bent tooth 67 via the gear 71 and the gear 71, and inward rotation is also applied to the bent tooth 68 by the meshing of the tooth tips 70. The syringe 104 that has passed through the crushing unit 36,
The injection needle 104A falls into the bending unit 57 as shown in FIG. The broken syringe 104 is bent and formed as shown in FIG. It is crushed by the bent teeth 67 and 68 and falls.

14 and 15 show a second embodiment of the present invention. In this example, a syringe 112 with a needle 111 inserted from an inlet 110 is crushed by a crushing section 115 consisting of a fixed blade 113 and a rotating blade 114. ,
Furthermore, the injection needle 111 is sent to the bending part 116 and bent, and then dropped and stored in the storage box 117.
8, 119, a plurality of bent teeth 120, 12, respectively.
1 are fixed in a mutually meshed state, and each bent tooth 1
20 and 121 have a plurality of tooth tips 122 on their outer peripheries, and are fixed with a phase shift in the circumferential direction by 1/3 pitch of each tooth. The injection needle 111 is bent by a tooth tip 122 having a phase difference of 1/3 pitch of one tooth as the pair of bending teeth 120, 121 rotate inward.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides a crusher in which the crushed material inputted from the input section is crushed in the crushing section and then the crushed crushed material is carried out from the discharge section, in which a plurality of tooth tips are connected to the outer periphery. A bent portion having a plurality of pairs of bent teeth formed in the shape of a cylindrical shape and whose tip portions are always in mesh with each other is provided at the lower part of the crushing portion, and the plurality of pairs of bent teeth are connected to a pair of rotating shafts. are fixed in series, and on at least one of the pair of rotating shafts,
A series of bent teeth connected to rotational drive means for rotationally driving the bent teeth in the meshed state and fixed to the rotating shaft rotates the tips of adjacent bent teeth in the circumferential direction on the rotating shaft. The needles, etc., that fall into the bent part are sent between the tips of the folded teeth, which are constantly in mesh with each other and rotate, and the needles are arranged with their phase shifted in the circumferential direction. Since the tooth tips are bent, it is possible to provide a crusher that can prevent punctures caused by injection needles or the like.
