A ribbon base paper is formed by cutting a fold along the longitudinal direction of the same raw material at a certain position on the ribbon part, and then folding the ribbon base paper at the fold line to form an overlapping shape. At the same time, in this state, adhesive labels are placed on the surface of the release paper at regular intervals so as to cover the folds of each ribbon part. After pasting, the ribbon portion is cut at a certain point, and unnecessary portions of the ribbon base paper are separated from the release paper.

By repeatedly providing cutouts 5 of a certain shape (shaded areas) at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the same base paper, a band is formed between each cutout 5, and this is formed into a ribbon part 6. In addition to cutting a crease 7 consisting of a perforation or a fold line at a certain point on the ribbon portion 6 which is the center point of the four rows of both guide holes, the end of each ribbon portion 6 is provided with a photocell tube, which will be described later. A detection mark 8 that can be detected is printed.

る。 Next, after the release paper B and the ribbon base paper A are supported separately on a raw paper support device (not shown), the release paper B is placed on the guide roller device 1 with the processed surface facing upward.
1A, and a guide pin 17a is fitted into the guide hole 9 as shown in FIG. 11A, and its leading end is positioned between the feed roller 21 and press roller 22 of the feed device 14, while the ribbon base paper A is accurately folded into two by a conventional folding device (not shown). The shape-induced material is guided to the guide roller device 11A, where the guide holes 4 at each end are guided.
The two guide holes 4 are aligned vertically, and one of the guide pins 17a is simultaneously fitted into the guide pin 17a as shown in FIG. The guide roller device 11B is connected thereto in the same manner as the device 11A, and the distal end thereof is wound up by the unnecessary portion winder 16.
