These seedlings were grown by scattering seeds on the bed soil in the seedling box, which resulted in poor lighting and air circulation, and the growth was limited to young seedlings with a plant height of about 7 cm. For cold regions or early cultivation, medium to mature seedlings are required, and a large number of pots are placed in a seedling box, and each seedling is divided into individual pots to improve air circulation and light absorption, and the seedlings are grown. It started to grow bigger. As the pots, a seeding sheet is used in which a large number of small pots each having a trapezoidal cross section are arranged in series.

After that, cover the seedling sheet with a seedling box and turn it over.

At this time, since the later pot is being sent while being placed on the conveyor, if the forward speed of the previous pot slows down, it will be able to catch up to it and its speed will also slow down. If the forward speed of the pots passing through the seeding device is disrupted in this way, the number of seeds sown in each pot may vary because the seeds are always falling quantitatively. .

This is a seeding device for a seedling box, characterized in that the seeding platform 3 and the pot 1 are sent through the suppression device 7 faster than before.

Pot 1 placed on seeding table 3 is conveyor 4
When passing through the sowing device 5, seeds are sown into each pot 1. Next, when this passes through the bed soil supply device 6, bed soil is supplied from above, and then, when it passes through the compaction device 7, the bed soil is pressed and hardened from above. That is, when the pot 1 passes through the crushing device 7, the bed soil is crushed by being pinched at the top and bottom, and the movement speed changes due to the resistance, and is lower than the feed speed of the conveyor 4, but the soil is crushed. Since the feeding speed of the conveyor 4 is faster at the position of the device 7, the seeding table 3 and pots are sent faster than before, and the later seeding table 3 and pots are not jammed.

ある。(Effect) As described above, according to the present invention, the suppression device 7
The seeding table 3 and pot 1 passing through are sent faster than before, so even if the speed decreases when passing through the suppression device 7, the seeding table 3 and pot 1 sent later will be sent faster than the previous one. The pot 1 of the seeding table 3 is never filled. In other words, since the later pot 1 cannot catch the pot 1 which is decelerated by the suppression device 7,
The feed rate of the later pot 1 is not disturbed by the previous pot 1, and the sowing device 5 sows approximately the same number of grains into each of the later pots 1.

It is connected to a width of about 60cm and becomes a seeding sheet 2.
This sheet 2 is placed on the seeding table 3 with the wide side of the pot 1 facing upward, and when the seeding table 3 is placed on the right end of the conveyor 4, it is fed rightward by the above rotation. It's summery. When passing under the soil covering device 10, a thin layer of soil is supplied into each pot 1.

A groove 19 on its outer periphery is adapted to feed out the seeds 17. Therefore, in each pot 1,
When the conveyor 4 passes under the seeding device 5, the seeds fed out by the rollers 20 are supplied.

The rotation of the drive pulley 12 is controlled by the chain 26.
It is designed to send out the bed soil in the tank 24 to the right at a constant thickness. Therefore, when the pot 1 passes the bottom right of the soil supply device 6, the soil 23 is supplied thereon with a constant thickness.

いる。 The squeezing device 7 is composed of a drive roller 28 and a squeezing roller 11 spaced apart from each other at a constant interval. Drive roller 28
As mentioned above, the drive pulley 12 is arranged on the right side and receives its rotation through the chain 35 so that it rotates at a circumferential speed higher than that of the belt 14. An arm 30 extends obliquely upward and to the right from the support shaft 29, and its upper end is fixed to the support rod 32 with a stop 33 that is moved by a handle 34. The pressure roller 11 mentioned above is attached to its arm 30 by a shaft 31. After the rotation of the motor 15 reaches the inside of the transmission case 39 through the chain 21, it is adjusted by the transmission gear therein, and then the rotation of the motor 15 is adjusted by the transmission gear in the chain 37.
The pressure is transmitted to the pressure roller 11 via the chain 38. Further, a scraper 39 is provided at a constant height from the top surface of the pot 1 between the soil supply device 6 and the pressing roller 11.

る。 Therefore, when the pot 1 passes under the scraper 39, the soil supplied onto the pot 1 by the bed soil supply device 6 is scraped off by the scraper 39 to a constant thickness. Then, when passing through the compaction device 7, the bed soil is pressed and hardened to a certain hardness by being sandwiched between the upper and lower rollers 11 and 28.

3の長さよりもやや小さく作られる。 Furthermore, the driving roller 28, which is an extension of the conveyor 4, has a high circumferential speed as described above, so when the seeding table 3 reaches the top of this roller, it is sent to the right earlier than the belt 14, and the seeding table is sent to the right side faster than the belt 14. Even if a gap C (Fig. 3) occurs between the seeding table 3 and the feeding speed slightly delayed due to the resistance between the pressing rollers 11 above, the subsequent transfer of the seeding table 3 will not be hindered. It's becoming like that. Therefore, the seeds 17 of the seeding device 5
The distance between the falling part and the drive roller 28 is made slightly smaller than the length of the seeding table 3.
