By the way, in the past, measurement data from now on was only used to simply show the measurement results to doctors, etc., so generally, the measurement data was not recorded and saved in a microcomputer, but the measurement results were simply recorded on a printer. It is. In other words, an enormous amount of measurement data is collected per day by an automatic blood analyzer, and storing all of this data one by one in a microcomputer increases the size of the device, especially when using a so-called multi-channel blood analyzer that can measure multiple items simultaneously. It is virtually impossible to store all of these in an automatic analyzer.

Therefore, in the past, measurement accuracy control for measurement data from an automatic blood analyzer was carried out by an inspector picking up measurement data that seemed abnormal from all the measurement data recorded and displayed on the printer. The current method is to discover abnormalities in the automatic blood analyzer based on abnormal measurement data.

However, when controlling the measurement accuracy of an automatic blood analyzer using such a method, as mentioned above, the inspector must select from among the huge amount of measurement data the problems that appear to be caused by an abnormality in the automatic blood analyzer. Since the measurement data must be picked up and examined, the work involved is extremely complicated, and improvements in this area have been strongly requested.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been devised in view of the current situation, and its purpose is to determine the state of reaction to measurement items from among the measurement data obtained by an automatic blood analyzer. Automatically saves only the measurement data necessary as measurement accuracy control data for the analyzer, and furthermore, out of the measurement data group that is the measurement accuracy control data, abnormal data parts of the measurement data can be ignored in the measurement accuracy control data. If the data includes a range of data values, only the data value part is corrected, and the saved state of this corrected measurement data is then deleted, thereby improving the measurement accuracy for discovering abnormalities in the blood automatic analyzer. This greatly reduces the amount of data to be managed, making it extremely easy for inspectors to perform this type of work, and since the amount of measured data stored is small, a small-capacity microcomputer can be used to handle the process. It is an object of the present invention to provide a data processing device for an automatic blood analyzer that is easy to operate and does not cause the risk of increasing the size of the device.

(Effects of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention dispenses a required amount of reagent corresponding to the measurement item into a serum sample, causes the reaction to occur, and records the measurement data, including the measurement data of the reaction state. In a data processing device of an automatic blood analyzer that displays and records, a memory circuit having a holding circuit for holding measurement data measured multiple times for each same measurement sample, processing and storing the data as a time course; Compare the time course of the measured data stored in the memory circuit with the above reference data using a microcomputer into which reference data has been input in advance, and check that all measured data is within the range of the reference data in the time course of the measured data. , the measured data is determined to be normal data and the memory circuit is commanded to delete the measured data.If the measured data includes data values outside the range of standard data, the measured data is determined to be abnormal data and the memory circuit is instructed to delete the measured data. If part of the measured data includes a waveform data value outside the range of the reference data and the waveform data value can be confirmed as noise, the measured data is determined to be abnormal data, and this abnormal data is stored as data. A data judgment circuit that inputs the data into the automatic correction circuit, corrects it, judges it as normal data, and instructs the memory circuit to delete the measured data, and a data judgment circuit that inputs the data to the automatic correction circuit, corrects it, and instructs the memory circuit to delete the measured data. It has an automatic data correction circuit that deletes the data and replaces the deleted portion with reference data to correct it to normal data, a monitor device that displays the time course of the measured data, and a recording device that records the time course of the measured data. It is characterized by this.

The reference data X input into the microcomputer 7 in advance is input so as to be displayed as a band-shaped time course as shown by the dashed line and diagonal lines in FIG. In this way, the reference data
It is obtained by linearly connecting the values of the allowable upper limit for each measurement time and linearly connecting the values of the allowable lower limit for each measurement time. This is to determine a range that serves as a guideline for determining that the measured data value is normal if it is between the upper and lower permissible limits, and abnormal if it is not between the upper and lower permissible limits. Of course, it is assumed that the measured data values within this band-shaped time course are within an acceptable range that is considered medically safe.

Next, among the time courses of the measurement data stored in the memory circuit 6, all measurement data values are
As shown in the figure, if the data is within the range of the reference data X (hereinafter referred to as measurement data Y 1 ), the data judgment circuit 8 judges the measurement data Y 1 to be normal data,
Based on this determination, the circuit 8 issues a command to display the time course of the measurement data Y1 on the monitor device 11, and prints and records the time course via the recording device 12. A save/delete command for Y1 is issued to the memory circuit 6. As a result, the memory of the measurement data Y1 is deleted from the memory circuit 6.

Furthermore, if the time course of the measurement data stored in the memory circuit 6 includes data values outside the range of the reference data Based on this determination, the circuit 8 issues a command to display the time course of the measurement data Y2 on the monitor device 11, and also issues a command to display the time course of the measurement data Y2 on the recording device 1.
2, the time course is printed and recorded, and the same circuit 8 sends the memory circuit 6 to store and maintain the measurement data Y2 . As a result, the measurement data Y2 is stored in the memory circuit 6. Patterns of this abnormal data include analysis value data outside normal, linear judgment data, and OD value (optical

Furthermore, even though most of the time course of the measurement data stored in the memory circuit 6 is within the range of the reference data X,
A part of it includes a waveform data value a outside the above range,
If the waveform data value a should be confirmed as noise (hereinafter referred to as measurement data Y 3 ),
The data judgment circuit 8 judges the measurement data Y 3 as abnormal data as described above, but except for the waveform data value a portion which is noise as described above, all other parts of this measurement data Y 3 are based on the standard. Since it exists within the range of data X, it is no different from normal data. Therefore, the automatic data correction circuit 9 operates to delete only the waveform data value a portion of the measurement data Y3 and replace the deleted portion with the standard value. As a result, all parts of the measured data Y3 are within the range of the reference data X, so the data judgment circuit 8
Cancel the above determination of Y 3 , that is, the determination that measurement data Y 3 is abnormal data, and cancel the determination that the measurement data Y 3 is abnormal data.
The circuit 8 re-determines that Y 3 is normal data, and based on this re-determination, the circuit 8 issues a command to display the corrected time course of the measurement data Y 3 on the monitor device 11, and also displays the corrected time course. It is printed and recorded via the recording device 12.
Further, the circuit 8 further issues a command to store and delete this measurement data Y3 to the memory circuit 6. As a result, the memory of the measurement data Y3 is deleted from the memory circuit 6.

As described above, the range circuit 10 can enlarge any part of the measurement data, display this enlarged state on the monitor device 11, or input the enlarged data to the recording device 12 in order to print the same state. This is especially useful for reducing the labor of inspectors regarding abnormal parts of abnormal data.

Therefore, since the data processing device A according to this embodiment operates as described above, the measurement data stored in the memory circuit 6 is the measurement data Y 2 and Y 3 determined to be abnormal. Measurement data Y 3 containing negligible noise is also deleted and measurement data Y 2
Therefore, even if the capacity of the memory circuit 6 is very small, sufficient storage can be achieved. In addition, the inspector can later print only the abnormal data accumulated in the memory circuit 6 on the recording device 12, or enlarge the abnormal area on the monitor device 11 and visually check it to determine whether the abnormality is due to biological causes or mechanical causes. It becomes easy to determine whether the cause is the cause.
