A conventional hydrogen pellet launcher forms a single pellet generation hole in a pellet carrier disk, generates hydrogen pellets in this pellet generation hole, and then rotates the pellet carrier disk 180 degrees to generate pellets. The hole faces the high-pressure gas introduction pipe for firing and the gun barrel, and a high-speed solenoid valve opens and closes instantaneously to fire hydrogen pellets.

The device for this purpose is to use the above device to form a plurality of pellet generation holes in the pellet carrier disk, generate hydrogen pellets in each pellet generation hole, and then rotate the pellet carrier disk. It is conceivable to arrange the pellet generation holes to face the high-pressure gas introduction pipe for firing and the gun barrel, respectively, and to fire the hydrogen pellets by opening and closing the high-speed electromagnetic valve with a slight time lag.

It has a cooling means, a hydrogen gas supply means for supplying hydrogen gas for hydrogen pellets, and a high pressure gas supply means for firing hydrogen pellets, and the pellet carrier disk has a first pellet generation hole consisting of a through hole. is formed, and the pellet carrier disk is configured to be rotatable by actuating means outside the casing, and a first cryohead is disposed opposite to one surface of the pellet carrier disk, and a first cryohead is arranged to face one side of the pellet carrier disk, and a first cryohead is arranged to face one side of the pellet carrier disk, A second pellet generation hole that supplies the first pellet generation hole and a pellet injection hole that injects high pressure gas into the first pellet generation hole to shoot hydrogen pellets are formed, and the second cryohead A blind plug is disposed facing the other surface of the pellet carrier disk and closes the second pellet generation hole when the hydrogen pellets are generated, and a gun barrel accelerates the ejected hydrogen pellets. Either the first cryohead or the second cryohead is fixed to the casing, the first cryohead and the second cryohead are made of a material with high thermal conductivity, and the first cryohead and the second cryohead are made of a material with high thermal conductivity. A driving means is provided for pressing the second cryohead against the pellet carrier disk, and the driving means has one end fixed to the first cryohead and the other end of the central shaft passing through the second cryohead. the first cryohead and the second cryohead to the pellet carrier disk.

The body may be coupled to a second cryohead such that rotation of the thrust bearing collar presses the first cryohead and the second cryohead against the pellet carrier disk. Further, the driving means includes a spring made of a shape memory alloy disposed between the end of the central shaft and the second cryohead, and heating means and cooling means for this spring, and the driving means is configured to be heated by the heating means. The first cryohead and the second cryohead may be compressed to the pellet carrier disk using the deforming force of the spring.

できる。 In the above structure, the first cryohead and the second cryohead are compressed to the pellet carrier disk by the driving means, thereby achieving efficient cooling, and the driving means is coupled to the first cryohead. Because it is attached to the central axis, the crimping force is not applied to the casing, which simplifies the construction of the device and eliminates the need to connect the drive means to the casing. Therefore, there is no heat escape due to this, and the cooling efficiency can also be improved in this respect.

This is to ensure that the packing 33 to be crimped adheres well. Also, by separating the regions from each other, there is an effect of inhibiting heat transfer between the regions. That is, as will be described later, when heat is generated in one pellet generation hole 53 due to the injection of hydrogen pellets, this heat is transferred to the pellet carrier disk 3.
The inner transmission path passes through the area inside the broken line 39a, and since the cooling surface 39 is crimped to this area, heat is absorbed and the heat is transferred to the adjacent pellet generation hole 53. is prevented.

After the inside of the shield casing 4 and the inside of the chamber 200 are evacuated by the vacuum evacuation equipment, cold material (for example, liquid nitrogen) is supplied to the cold material introduction pipes 77 and 78 from separate supply equipment. The first and second cryoheads 1 and 2 are cooled. If this heat is rapidly transferred to the adjacent pellet generation hole 53 filled with hydrogen pellets to be ejected next, there is a risk that the solidified hydrogen pellets will be melted. This prevents rapid transfer of heat. That is, although the first cryohead 1 is made of a material with high thermal conductivity, the adapter 5 having the pellet ejection hole 51 is made of a material with low thermal conductivity as described above, Firing hole 51
heat is not transferred quickly to the surroundings.

Since the cooling surface 39 is crimped to this region, the heat is absorbed and the heat is prevented from being transmitted to the adjacent pellet forming hole 53. .

The pellet carrier disk 3 is released from being held between the first and second cryoheads 1 and 2, and the pellet carrier disk 3 is made rotatable. Then, the pellet carrier disk 3 is rotated by an operation means (not shown) so that the pellet generation hole 53 faces the pellet generation hole 52 of the first cryohead 1 and the adapter (blind plug) 61 of the second cryohead 2.

成孔52中の固体水素が溶解する。 In this state, the tip of the pellet forming hole 52 of the first cryohead 1 is filled with solid hydrogen, so it is necessary to dissolve it.
Therefore, high pressure helium gas is again introduced into the pressure chamber 8, the second cryo head 2 is pressed through the spacer 80, the pellet carrier disk 3 is sandwiched between the cooling surfaces 39, and the packing 33 is crimped. The periphery of the pellet generation hole 53 is sealed. Then, the supply of liquid helium introduced into the liquid helium conduit 77 is temporarily stopped.
This causes the temperature of the first and second cryoheads 1 and 2 to rise, and the solid hydrogen in the pellet forming holes 52 is dissolved by the heat.

Since pressure support is not required, the configuration is simplified, and the problem of heat escape that occurs when a support member is provided between the main body casing 10 is also solved.
This results in a device with good cooling efficiency.

効率の向上を図ることができる。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, the first cryohead and the second cryohead are pressed against the pellet carrier disk by the driving means, thereby achieving efficient cooling. In addition, since this driving means is attached to the central shaft connected to the first cryohead, no pressing force is applied to the casing, which simplifies the configuration of the device. Since there is no need to connect the driving means to the casing, there is no heat loss, and cooling efficiency can be improved in this respect as well.
