該スクリユー3と逆ねじの後退用の後退スクリユ
ー4を形成してある。該スクリユーは、図におい
ては、回転体の回転方向を考慮して、外側面が前
進スクリユー3、内側面が後退スクリユー4とな
るようねじ方向を定めてあるが、外側面を後退ス
クリユーとし、内側面を前進スクリユーとしても
よい。なお、内側面に形成するスクリユーは、外
側面に形成するスクリユーよりもリードを大きく
し、また条数も多くして、メデイアの移動量を内
外面でほぼ均衡させるとよい。スクリユーと処理
槽の内壁5との間隔やスクリユーのピツチ等は、
メデイアの大きさを考慮して適宜の大きさに定め
られる。スクリユーのねじ山は、図においては角
ねじに形成してあるが、台形ねじ、のこ歯ねじ、
丸ねじ、三角ねじ等に形成することもでき、また
ねじ部分を回転体と一体に形成してあるが、別の
筒状の枠体に形成したものを回転体に取付けるよ
うにしたり、スクリユー状の羽根を作つて固着す

ー3により右方へ循環する。このようにして粉
砕、分散処理された処理材料は、セパレーター2

で、回転体の直径を大きくでき、それに伴いスク
リユーによる処理過程を一層長くでき、従来のも
のに比べて小型化が可能であり、メデイアの充填
量も同一充填率とした場合に従来のものより少な
