できる。<Effects of the invention> As described above, according to the present invention, since the device is used for diagnosing the operating status and detecting abnormalities of equipment and devices equipped with electrically driven equipment that utilizes power supply lines as they are, it is not necessary to There is no need to provide a detector close to the detector or use dedicated high-quality detection wiring, which has the advantage of simplifying the wiring and reducing the cost. In addition, since it is equipped with a memory circuit, a diagnostic circuit, and a reset circuit, diagnosis and detection measurements can be performed while the power supply switch is open.
By eliminating adverse factors such as noise and capacitive load, it is possible to ensure accuracy in the transmission and reception of diagnostic and detection signals.
