る。一般に、レンガを土間コンクリート上に敷設するに
は、不完全な乾燥状態の土間コンクリート上に、砂を敷
き、その上にレンガを敷設し、目地部分を砂あるいはセ
メントで充填している。この方法において、土間コンク
リートからの、カルシウム等の遊離物質が、空気中のC
2と反応してレンガ表面に白華現象を生じる。この白
華現象は美感を損うため、白華物質(CaCO3等)を
水洗あるいは化学処理により除去している。

と、また、一旦、発生すると、その除去処理が水分を添
加する結果となり、これが下水汚泥焼却灰製焼成ブロッ
ク自体からの白華現象を誘発するものであることを知見
した。 したがって、本発明は、簡単な手段を施すこと
により白華現象を大巾に減少させることのできる下水汚
泥焼却灰製焼成ブロックの敷設方法を提供することを目
的とする。

上に、下水汚泥焼却灰焼成ブロック4を敷設し、川砂あ
るいはセメント5にて目地部分を充填するものである。
なお、下水汚泥焼却灰製焼成ブロック4は、予め、たと
えば、24時間水中に浸漬させて、ブロック自体に含有
する遊離性カルシウム分等を除去しておくことが好まし
い。
