Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 ベルトコンベアーの帰りベルト面に付着する
泥水，または水洗後の洗浄水をベルトを磨耗させること
なく除去し，かつ簡単にコンベアフレームに装着できる
装置を提供する。 【構成】 本考案の水切りローラー用架台はブラケット
１，２と架台３よりなる。ブラケットには蛇行調整用に
長穴の取り付け穴と架台３を押しまわす押しボルトを有
する。架台３はローラー装着用の溝を有する。コンベア
フレームに装着したブラケット１，２に架台３を装着。
架台３をシャフトを軸にして押しボルト４で押しまわ
し，ローラー７，８で帰りベルトに上下より圧力を加え
る。帰りベルト面とローラー８とを密着させることによ
り帰りベルト面に付着した水を除去することを特徴とす
る。

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はベルトコンベアの帰りべルト面に付着している泥水，または 洗浄水を２本のローラーを利用して除去する装置である。

【従来の技術】
従来の装置はスクレーパーによる掻きとり式，またはローラーとの組 み合わせによる装置が主であった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
（イ） 従来の装置は取り付けの時，改造が不可欠。 （ロ） スクレーパー式はベルトの磨耗が早い。 （ハ） 従来の装置はチップの磨耗に合わせてベルト面との隙間調整が必 要。 （ニ） ローラー式は固定式でローラーの取り替えが難しい。

【問題を解決するための手段】
（イ） コンベアフレーム５，６に図２の如くブラケット１，２を装着。 （ロ） ブラケット１，２に図２の如く架台３を装着。 （ハ） 架台３に図２，図３の如くローラー２本を装着。 （ニ） ローラーを装着した架台３を図４の如くローラー８と帰りベルト 面が密着するまで押しボルト４で押しまわす。

【作用】
ローラーの取り付けてある架台３をローラー８と帰りベルト面が密着 するまで押しボルト４で押しまわす。ローラー８と帰りベルト面との隙 間がなくなることにより水の通り道がなくなり水切り作用が生じる。

【実施例】
（イ） コンベアフレーム５，６に図２の如くブラケット１，２を装着。 （ロ） ブラケット１，２に図２の如く架台３を装着。 （ハ） 架台３に図２，図３の如くローラー２本を装着。 （ニ） ローラーを装着した架台３を図４の如くローラー８と帰りベル ト面が密着するまで押しボルト４で押しまわす。

【考案の効果】
（イ） リターンローラー用ブラケットを取りはずし，代りに本考案の装 置を装着、よって改造は不要。 （ロ） 回転しながら水切りをするためベルト及びローラーの磨耗がほと んどない。 （ハ） 磨耗がほとんどないので定期的な調整不要。 （ニ） 押しボルトを元に戻すことにより簡単にローラーが交換できる。
