Further, as a method for manufacturing inlaid tiles that can obtain an inlaid pattern at the manufacturing stage, there is a technique described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-20962, as shown in FIGS. 11 to 14. As shown in FIG. 11, this prior application technology fills a space 3 formed by a movable lower mold 1 and a fixed lower mold 2 with a unique clay 4, and then lowers both lower molds 1 and 2. A molding space 6 is formed between the mold and the frame 5. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the molding space 6 is filled with ground-colored clay 7,
Next, from the state shown in FIG. 12, the upper mold 8 is lowered to pressurize the ground color clay 7. At this time, the movable lower mold 1 gradually descends as the pressure applied to the ground-colored clay 7 increases due to the lowering of the upper mold 8, and eventually the first movable lower mold 1
As shown in FIG. 3, it is at the same level as the fixed lower mold 2. This completes the pressurizing process, and the unique clay 4
is pressed into the ground color clay 7, and an inlaid pattern is obtained. After that, as shown in Fig. 14, the upper mold 8 is raised and returned, and the frame mold 5 is lowered to the same level as both lower molds 1 and 2, and the inlaid tile 9 as a product is taken out. .

Accordingly, in the conventional technique in which a tile as a substrate is manufactured, recesses are formed on the tile, and a separately manufactured decorative tile is fitted and bonded to obtain an inlaid pattern, it is extremely time-consuming to process the recesses afterward. It was troublesome. In addition, it is necessary to prepare two types of tiles, a substrate tile and a decorative tile, in advance, which is not favorable in terms of productivity.

On the other hand, in the prior art shown in FIGS. 11 to 14, as is clear from FIGS. 11 and 12, the inlay pattern is formed on a unique clay 4 filled with a thickness of dimension t. Pressure molding is performed by pushing the material into the ground color clay 7. Therefore, when pressurized, the different-colored clay 4 flows, making it impossible to form a clear boundary with the ground-colored clay 7, resulting in blurring of the inlay pattern, which is a fatal drawback for the inlay pattern. .

Further, the second means of the present invention is to pre-press the base color clay filled into the molding space with a pressure that is sufficient to maintain the shape, thereby molding a base tile having a flat surface, and also forming a base tile having a flat surface. The base tile is made of inlay pellets made of different-colored clay pre-formed with the same pressure as the pressure of the base tile, and base tile pellets made of ground-colored clay pre-formed with the same pressure as the pressure of the base tile. The inlaid pattern is obtained at the manufacturing stage by aligning and arranging the materials on the surface side and finally applying pressure uniformly to the entire surface.

In the first means of the present invention, the base tile is pre-compressed with a pressure sufficient to maintain its shape, and at the same time, a recess is formed, and an inlay pellet made of pre-press molded clay of a different color is fitted into the recess. The parts are fitted together and the whole is pressure molded. With such a manufacturing method, there is no difference in packing density between the ground colored clay part and the different colored clay part, and cracks etc. do not occur during firing. Further, there is almost no flow of the different-colored clay during pressure molding, and it is possible to produce a tile exhibiting an inlaid pattern with clear boundaries between the inlaid pattern portion and other areas at the manufacturing stage.

Thus, the mold 13 has a portion that is formed larger than the partitioned area of the arranged solenoids 12 and a portion that is formed smaller than the partitioned area. This will be explained by taking up row i. That is, for example, in the case of the solenoid 12 located at Ai, the mold 13 in the area α intersecting circle A is integrally molded with the mold 13 that is moved up and down by the solenoid 12 located at Bi. In addition, in the case of the solenoid 12 located at Bi, the mold 13 in the area β that deviates from the circle A is integrally molded with the mold 13 that is raised and lowered by the solenoid 12 located at Bj, and the mold 13 in the area δ inside the circle A is integrally molded. The mold 13 and the mold 13 in the area α described above are integrally molded with a mold that is raised and lowered by a solenoid 12 located in the Bi region. Furthermore, the mold 13 of the solenoid 12 located at Ci is integrally molded with the mold 13 of the area ε, and the mold 13 of the solenoid 12 located at Di is integrally molded.
The molding molds 13 for regions γ and μ are integrally molded in the molding mold 13 of No. 2. In the divided area Di, the mold 13 in the area λ is the solenoid 12 located in Dj.
It is integrally molded with the mold 13, which is moved up and down by.

In this way, each divided solenoid 1
2 and the divided mold 13 are connected.
Therefore, by selectively turning ON and OFF (protruding and retracting) the solenoids 12 in each divided area, for example, the mold 13 in the area surrounded by circles A to H can be changed to the other molds 13. It is possible to make it protrude from the molding surface, and the reverse operation is also possible.

Next, a method for manufacturing the inlaid tile 24 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. First, as shown in FIG.
is formed, and the space 17 is filled with ground color clay 18. Then, a mold 13 that takes charge of the area surrounded by circles A to H of the upper mold 10 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
The solenoid 12 corresponding to the area is turned on to cause the mold 13 in the area surrounded by circles A to H to protrude from the molding surface of the mold 13 in the other areas. In this state, the upper die 10 is lowered and the base tile 19 is pre-molded with a pressure sufficient to maintain its shape. Naturally, this base style 19
The portions corresponding to the areas surrounded by circles A to H are formed as recesses 20 and 21. The recesses 20 and 21 are for forming an inlaid pattern.

After that, as shown in FIG. 3, inlay pellets 22, 23, etc., which have been pre-molded with a desired different colored clay using the same pressure as the base tile 19, are inserted into the respective recesses 20, 21. Fit and install. The inlay pellets 22 and 23 are pre-compressed by using the above-mentioned upper mold 10 as the lower mold, retracting the circles A to J to form a circular recess, and filling the recess with a different colored clay. Pressure molding may also be used. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, all the solenoids 12 are turned off, and all the molding surfaces of the upper die 10 are made to be on the same level (smooth surface). From this state, the upper mold 10 is lowered to uniformly press-form the entire product. Thereby, it is possible to manufacture an inlaid tile 24 exhibiting an inlaid pattern in which the inlay pellets 22 and 23 of different colored clay are integrally embedded. In this way, the inlay pattern is formed by inlaying pellets 22, 2 of different colored clay into each recess 20, 21.
3 is fitted and installed, and then pressure molded. Therefore, during pressure molding, the different colored clay of the inlay pellets 22, 23 is less likely to flow.
It is possible to make the inlaid pattern part a clear pattern.

As explained above, in the first means of the present invention, the base tile is prepress-molded with a pressure sufficient to maintain its shape, and at the same time, a recess is formed, and a different colored clay is pre-press-molded into the recess. Inlay pellets are fitted and the entire piece is press-molded. In addition, in the second means of the present invention, base tile pellets and inlay pellets pre-compressed with ground-colored clay and different-colored clay are arranged on a base tile pre-pressed flatly with ground-colored clay. The entire structure is then pressure molded. If this manufacturing method uses inlay pellets, there will be less flow of the different-colored clay during pressure molding, and tiles that exhibit an inlay pattern with clear boundaries between the inlay pattern and other areas can be produced at the manufacturing stage. It is possible to manufacture.
