Separately from this, a large number of small chambers are arranged with partition walls between the top plate part and the back plate part, and communication passages are formed between each of the small chambers, and the top plate part is connected to the communication part. A synthetic resin honeycomb substrate with small holes is prepared, and a soft foamed resin is filled and molded between the outer surface of the top plate and a part of the inside of the honeycomb substrate through the small holes, and the foamed resin material and the honeycomb are formed. A method for manufacturing interior materials by integrating with the substrate was developed in 1972-31272.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the former conventional method of bonding a decorative resin plate after molding to a flash material or other base material, the resin and the base material are of different materials, so the bonded finished product is There was a problem in that the entire decorative board would become warped and wrinkled due to expansion and contraction due to humidity and heat.

In addition, the latter soft interior material using a honeycomb substrate disclosed in Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-31272 uses a soft foaming agent, so it is not possible to create a vivid surface pattern close to that of natural materials, and the resin itself does not have sufficient strength. Therefore, there was a problem that it could not be used as a strong decorative board to replace natural wood. In addition, in Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-31272, the honeycomb substrate is filled with foam, but since the foam is filled in a small passageway beyond one passage, there is a difference in pressure, the pressing force on the filling and molding surface is uneven, and the surface is uneven. There is a problem with becoming a product. In addition, the 1970s
- Since the foaming agent for the interior material of No. 31272 is soft,
There was a problem in that it was difficult to use as an interior material that required a hard surface texture such as natural wood.

In addition, the decorative laminate that uses porous flash material in the applicant's previous application is suitable for large-sized products, but because it uses flash material, it is not suitable for small-sized products. This required a lot of man-hours to use.

The gist of the present invention, which solves this problem, is to pour a mixed solution of hard foaming agents such as polyurethane and polystyrene into a silicone mold, divide a three-layer or multi-layer partical board material into two, and remove the rough chip surface of the middle layer. Press it against the above silicone concave mold, remove the air inside the concave mold through the small void on the chip surface of the multilayer partical board, and at the same time fill and fix the foaming agent inside the chip and on the chip surface to foam the partical board. The present invention relates to a decorative board manufacturing method using partical board, which is characterized by integrally molding a molded product.

Here, as the blowing agent, a 3- to 5-fold blowing agent is practical, and a 4-fold blowing agent is most desirable. The type of foaming agent that is suitable for the surface pattern, shape, size, and texture of the decorative board is selected.

Particular boards include three-layer and multi-layer boards, and there are various types depending on the adhesive between the surface material and the pitch, and the bending strength. Which one to use depends on the purpose of the decorative board. be done.

Next, a silicone concave mold 2 with the desired desired surface shape and pattern is manufactured, and a 4-fold foaming solution 3 made by mixing and stirring two foaming agents, R liquid and P liquid, is poured into this silicone concave mold 2. The rough pitched surface 4 of the divided three-layer partical board 1 is pressed against the silicon concave mold 2 so as to face the silicon concave mold 2 and pressurized.

In this way, while filling the silicone concave mold 2, the foaming liquid 3 penetrates deeply into the pitch of the partical board 1, forming a precise surface shape and dimensions that follow the concave mold, and is joined to the partical board 1 to form an integral part. be converted into Curing starts in 1 to 2 minutes and is completed in about 2 hours. After that, if you remove the silicone concave mold 2, the partical board 1
While the surface board 5, which has excellent surface bending and strength, remains, a foaming agent is integrally molded into a precise shape and pattern along the concave shape on the pitch surface on the back side, and the surface board 5 of the partical board is highly bent. Brings strength.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, by using a hard foam molding resin and using a silicone concave mold, the surface of the foam molding resin has a wood grain pattern and uneven pattern according to the concave mold.・A smooth curved surface is formed.
Also, the foamed molding resin penetrates into the rough pitched surface of the three-layer or multi-layer partical board and becomes integrated. Therefore, the expansion and contraction of the foam molded resin portion is suppressed by the surface plate of the partical board. Also, high bending strength can be obtained by using the partical board surface plate. Furthermore, there is no need for any special air removal treatment in the foaming process, which simplifies the process, reduces man-hours, and provides high strength, practical and excellent decorative boards at low cost.

1. Pour a mixture of hard foaming agents such as polyurethane and polystyrene into a silicone mold, divide a three-layer or multilayer partical board material into two, and press the rough chip surface of the middle layer against the silicone mold to form a multilayer partical board. The feature is that the air in the concave mold is removed from the small void on the chip surface of the board with two rough edges, and at the same time, a foaming agent is filled and fixed inside the chip and on the chip surface, thereby integrally molding the foam molded product into the partical board. A decorative board manufacturing method using partical board.
