The example shown in Fig. 5 does not open with one cut line cutting operation, but requires three push-cutting operations, which is cumbersome to open, and when printing information on the inside. Even if one side of the side plate 2 where the cut line is printed is printed, it cannot be read after opening the box, and as a result, the amount of information printed on the box is reduced because it cannot be printed.

As shown in figure a, both sides have inner flaps 1.
0 and 11 are connected in a row, a cut line 19 connecting the two corners of one side adjacent to the other side plate or the inner flap side edge on the outside thereof in the square cylinder forming state is the middle part. In this case, a cut line 20 is provided on both side edges of the other side plate 4 which is spaced apart from that side and which is adjacent to the other side plate 4 and extends over the entire length. FIG. 6b is a perspective view showing the unsealed state after assembly. When opening the package, push off the cut line 19 and lift it while pushing it further, so that the cut line 20 is cut, resulting in the state shown in FIG. 6b. The opening was completed.

However, in the example shown in Fig. 6, since the cut line 20 is provided at the fold line forming the end plate or inner flap, the durability against bending of the end plate or inner flap is significantly reduced. When packaging with an automatic paper box packaging machine, it is necessary for the end plates and inner flaps to absorb a certain amount of load in the process of taking out the paper boxes accumulated in the carton magazine one by one. In extreme cases, the folding and forming processes have the problem that the end plates or inner flaps are cut, and in order to carry out the folding and forming process, special measures are required for the packaging machine.

Furthermore, as a method to solve these problems, the present applicant has proposed Utility Application No. 1983-37283
There is a method (No. 144421). That is, in FIG. 1, a cut line 16 is provided that extends from a part of the outer edge excluding the crease line 15 that constitutes the gluing margin 5, passing through the gluing margin, intersecting the crease line, and extending to the outer edge of the gluing margin. Since the gluing allowance 5 is bonded to the side plate 1, the cut line passes through the gluing fixed part.

However, this technique has disadvantages such as the need to break the glued surface when opening the package, which results in poor unsealability, and when glueing, the glue seeps out from the cut line and adheres to other surfaces.

The above object of the present invention is, for example, in the packaging box shown in FIG.
The gluing allowance and the other end of the side plate 1 are glued together to form a rectangular tube shape, and then an article is inserted inside, and inner flaps 10, 11, 12, 1 are provided at both ends of the side plate.
3. A packaging box in which the adhesive flaps 8, 9 and end plates 6, 7 are folded in order and the adhesive flaps and end plates are adhesively fixed, except for the fold line 15 that constitutes the adhesive area 5. From one part of the side, it passes through the non-adhesive part 17 that inevitably occurs on the gluing margin surface, intersects the fold line 15 and reaches the side plate 4, and then intersects the crease line 15 again to apply glue. This was achieved by a packaging box characterized by having a score line 16 extending to the outer edge. Preferred embodiments of the packaging box of the present invention include the following.

In addition, the surfaces on which information can be printed include the forming part of the packaging box, especially the part of the side plate surface 1 at the other end of the inner gluing area, other than the part to be glued, the adjacent side plate surface 2, and the inner flap of the side plate of the gluing area. You can use the surface etc.

In the packaging box of the present invention, from the outer edge of the glued area excluding the fold line 15 constituting the glued allowance 5, the line passes through the non-adhesive part 17 that inevitably occurs on the surface of the glued area, and intersects with the folded line 15. After reaching the side plate 4, there is a cut line 16 that intersects the fold line 15 again and extends to the outer side of the glueing allowance.

Furthermore, when information was printed on the inside of the packaging paper container of the present invention, it was possible to read it even if it was printed on any side plate except for a part of the adhesive area. In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, when the package is opened, the inner flaps 12, 13,
The side panels 1, 2, the adhesive allowance 5, the part of the side panel 4 with the cut line 16, etc. were very effective for printing section explanatory text in conspicuous places.

According to the present invention, when opening a packaging box, there is no need to break the glued surface, so opening is easy, and since the cut line is provided in the non-adhesive part of the glue allowance, the glue does not seep out, and the glue does not leak out. If you want to print information on the inside of the box, please use the side plate 4.
It is possible to print on the area excluding a part of the glueing allowance from the surface.

Furthermore, the length of the cut line on the side plate is short, and the area surrounded by the cut line and crease line is also small, so it is easier to insert items into the paper box from a two-fold flat paper box before forming a square tube. In the packaging process of sealing, there is no problem when packaging with packaging machines that are currently in general use, and interference with design and design printing on the surface of the box can be kept to a minimum. Thus, according to the present invention, it was possible to provide a packaging box that is easy to open, easy to take out the contents, and easy to read when information is printed on the inner surface of the paper box.
