ている。 Among these, bags made of flexible materials such as paper and plastic film are used to store many types of items, but these are limited to small quantities in terms of capacity. Particularly when the product is highly fluid, containers with good shape retention, such as drums, are used as the amount of storage increases, and containers made of flexible materials such as paper, plastic film, etc. are used. Problems still remain in storing and transporting a large volume of fluid filled with a bag, in other words, a bag with poor shape retention.

In other words, it is not difficult at present to make a bag containing a large amount of fluid, such as one ton, from plastic film, but when this plastic film bag is filled with one ton of fluid, Handling it like this is extremely difficult. This is because once the bag is filled with fluid, it loses its ability to maintain its shape, so it may be a good idea to place the plastic film bag in a container made of metal, wood, etc. that has good shape retention. However, even in this case, it becomes difficult to maintain the shape as the capacity increases, and in order to withstand internal pressure and maintain its shape, the outer container needs reinforcement such as thickening the wall. The weight of plastic film bags increases, and the benefits of using plastic film bags are not fully utilized, forcing the use of expensive and inconvenient metal containers, drums, and other conventional fluid containers. In order to provide a fluid container that is easy to handle after filling, we have conducted extensive research and conducted various prototype experiments, and as a result, we have developed a fluid container that is composed of an outer bag, an inner bag, and a shaping tool, and the outer bag is made of fabric. The inner bag is a thin bag made of fabric, the inner bag is a flexible bag like a plastic film bag, and the orthopedic tool consists of a pair of upper and lower parallel grids and supports, and this parallel grid has four The lattice pieces are assembled into parallel grids, and the adjacent lattice pieces are set as l=
m to L/3, where l is the interval between adjacent parallel grid pieces when the grid pieces are assembled into a grid. m is when the grid pieces are assembled into parallel grids and the terminals of adjacent grid pieces are connected,
Length of connection between terminals that are not separated by l. The object can be well achieved by assembling the fluid container so that L is within the length of the grid piece, and the present invention has been achieved.

Naturally, the mass consisting of the inner bag and the outer bag becomes circular due to the internal pressure of the contents, but since the pallet is formed in a square shape, the packaged items placed on top of this square pallet are Ideally, the shape of the container should be rectangular, but the inner bag that stores the fluid in this container is a flexible bag such as a plastic film bag, and the inner bag located outside of this inner bag is a flexible bag such as a plastic film bag. Since the bag and the outer packaging are also made of fabric, it is difficult to make them into a square shape by themselves. For this reason, it is difficult to shape the bag to a square shape using a shaping tool, but it is difficult to shape it into a square shape by using a shaping tool. We are trying to shape palette 10 into a polygonal shape that fits.
Assuming that it is made up of a square surrounded by B, C, and D, the lengths of sides AB, BC, CD, and DA are the same. Since it is necessary that the containers mounted on this pallet 10 do not protrude from this pallet 10, the length L of the grid pieces 8 constituting the parallel grids 6, 6' is the length L of the sides AB of the pallet 10. does not exceed the length of
Taking into consideration the thickness of the outer package, inner bag, inner bag, etc., it is assumed that the length is slightly shorter than the length of side AB of the pallet 10, but this point will be explained below assuming that the lengths are equal. Now, when the four grid pieces 8 are assembled into a grid, the terminals of each grid piece are E, E', F, F',
G, G', H, H', the interval l between the grid pieces is the interval between terminals E and F, and also the interval between terminals G and H, and the interval between E and F and between G and H. The intervals are assumed to be equal. Further, the length connecting terminal E and terminal G' is assumed to be m. This m is also the length connecting terminals F and G, the length connecting terminals H and F', and the length connecting terminals E' and H'.

Among the sides of the octagon formed by connecting F, G, H, F', E', H', G', and E, side EF, side GH, and side
F′E′, side H′G′ are side AB, side BC, side of palette
It is desirable not to draw an arc outward from CD and side DA. Also, when this octagon is mounted on a pallet, the dead spaces that occur on the pallet, namely triangle AEG', triangle FBG, and triangle
HCF', the four corners of the pallet represented by the triangle DE'H are dead spaces, and it is desirable to minimize the area of the triangular dead spaces at the four corners, which is a constant area on the pallet. The goal is to maximize the filling area. In the octagon formed by this grid piece,
When the contents are filled, depending on the internal pressure of the contents, between terminal F and terminal G, the side indicated by the dashed line
In the case of FG, it does not have a shape as shown by a straight line, but an arc as shown by the dotted line, so it is necessary to prevent this arc FG from extending beyond sides FB and BG of the pallet. . This also applies to the other three corners, and these conditions can be satisfied by selecting the interval l between the grid pieces 8 within the range of m to L/3. . In this case, when the grid pieces are assembled and the terminals of adjacent grid pieces are connected, m is the length that connects the terminals that are not spaced apart by l, and in Fig. 3, the terminals F, G, and H are connected.
These are the lengths connecting F', E and H', and G' and E, respectively, and L is the length of the grid piece, which is also approximately equal to the length of one side of the pallet when the pallet is a square. It is. In this case, the interval l between the grid pieces 8
When the length is equal to m, the octagon connecting each end of the grid pieces becomes a regular octagon, which is the maximum interval between the grid pieces. Also, the interval between the grid pieces 8 is m
When making it narrower, 1/3 of the length L of the lattice pieces is the limit at which the interval between the lattice pieces can be narrowed. By doing this, pallets loaded with containers that have the highest filling efficiency when compared to pallets can be placed without gaps, do not take up warehouse space, and can be placed without dead space even in maritime containers. It is something.

After filling, it is also preferably used for freezing and storage. In addition, it is preferably used not only for these liquids and powders, but also for transporting and storing live freshwater fish together with fresh water, or saltwater fish, shrimp, crabs, etc. together with seawater. At this time, it is also possible to dissolve oxygen in the water or use an oxygen supply device. When transporting and storing these live fish, partitions may be provided in the bag in a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, or a combination of both, and a convenient partition such as a board or a net may be used for the partition. In addition, the fluid container devised by this invention consists of three layers: an outer bag, an inner bag, and an inner bag, and these are generally assembled in this order, but depending on the type of contents, such as live fish, shrimp, crab, etc. In the case of kimonos, there is a risk of damaging the inner bag, and in such cases, the inner bag may be used inside the inner bag without fear of damage. The term "inner bag" is a convenient name, and usage is not limited to this order.

極めて優れた考案である。(Effects of the invention) Since this invention is constructed as explained in detail above, it is easy to assemble and disassemble the container.
Inner bags, inner bags, orthotics, etc. have the advantage that they do not take up much space when stored before use, when stored for reuse, or when returned, etc.; they are lightweight and can be used repeatedly; Because it can be stacked, the loading area is small, and by selecting the inner bag, the container can accommodate a wide variety of contents without changing other components. Furthermore, this container has the highest filling efficiency compared to the pallets it is loaded on, and pallets loaded with it can be placed without gaps, do not take up warehouse space, and can be placed without dead space even among maritime containers. This is an extremely excellent idea as a container for this type of fluid.
