<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a sealed cloth bag for handling firearms, and more particularly to a bag in which dry cloth and oil cloth for handling firearms are sealed separately from each other. <Prior art> Conventionally, when cleaning firearms such as pistols, rifles, and shotguns, a hole made at the tip of a firearm handling rod is used as shown in Figures 5 to 7. inserting a cloth and immersing the cloth in a gun care oil consisting of a gun care solvent, lubricating oil or other preservative;
Wetting fabrics with such liquids has been practiced. Firearm oil and the like described above are generally stored in containers such as cans. A cloth moistened with hand oil is used to dissolve gunpowder, lead, and other residues that adhere to the inner surface of the muzzle after a shot is fired. Residues may be removed using a wire brush or other polishing means before and after using such a cleaning cloth. Next, attach a dry cloth to the firearm maintenance rod and remove any residue dissolved by the maintenance oil. After that, lubricating oil is usually applied to the inner surface of the muzzle to prevent rust and corrosion. In the conventional firearm maintenance method, inserting a cleaning cloth into the hole at the tip of the cleaning rod and immersing it in cleaning oil not only takes a considerable amount of time, but also requires great care. be done. Moreover, according to such a care method, it is difficult to control the amount of care oil absorbed into the care cloth, so the care oil tends to be wasted. Therefore, if the cleaning cloth absorbs an excessive amount of cleaning oil, some of the cleaning oil before the cleaning cloth is inserted into the muzzle tends to drip onto the ground, floor, etc. . Moreover, it is inconvenient to have to use one or more cleaning oil cans, and the above-mentioned problem becomes even more serious, especially when cleaning the firearm at night. <Problems to be solved by the invention> The main purpose of the present invention is to pre-fill the cleaning oil without requiring the procedure of immersing the cleaning cloth in the cleaning oil can as in the past. To provide a bag containing impregnated cleaning cloth itself in a sealed manner. A second object of the present invention is to provide a sealed cloth bag for carrying firearms as described above, which is small and lightweight and can be easily used outdoors, even at night. <Means for Solving the Problems> According to the present invention, such an object is achieved by forming a band-shaped adhesive part on a part of a pair of mutually polymerized liquid-tight sheet materials. To provide a sealed firearm cleaning bag characterized by having a pair of sealed pockets, and at least one firearm cleaning cloth and at least one firearm cleaning cloth separately built into each of the pockets. This is achieved by <Function> The material of the sheet material forming the pocket is made to have sufficient strength to maintain a liquid-tight state,
Moreover, by making it easy to tear during use, it is possible to achieve both storage stability and ease of use. <Embodiments> The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a plurality of dry cloths 1 for cleaning firearms and cleaning cloths 2 moistened with cleaning oil are stored inside a sealed bag 10. The sealed bag 10 is made of a pair of sheet materials 3 made of a pair of mutually polymerized synthetic resin sheet materials, thin aluminum plates, waterproof paper, or laminated sheets of these materials. Sealing pockets 5 and 6 for sealing the drying cloth 1 and the cleaning cloth 2 are formed by sandwiching the oiled cloth 2 and adhering a part of the sheet material 3 to each other so as to form a band-shaped adhesive part 7. has been completed. This band-shaped adhesive portion 7 can be formed by high frequency welding or other adhesive methods. The cleaning oil impregnated into the cleaning oil cloth 2 may be a known solvent, lubricating oil for firearm cleaning, or the like. Furthermore, at least a portion of the edge of the adhesive strip 7 is formed as a serration 8 so that the sheet material 3 can be easily torn when the sealed pockets 5, 6 are opened. In the illustrated embodiment, one pair of sealed pockets are formed in one sealed bag, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, three or more sealed pockets may be formed. For example, when three sealed pockets are formed, the first sealed pocket stores a cleaning cloth, the second sealed pocket stores a cleaning oil cloth impregnated with a solvent, and the third sealed pocket stores a cleaning cloth impregnated with a solvent. can store a care oil cloth impregnated with lubricating oil. The dimensions of the cleaning cloths 1 and 2 vary depending on the type of firearm to be cleaned. For example, in the case of an M16 rifle, the dimensions of the cleaning cloths 1 and 2 are preferably 30 mm x 30 mm.
In the case of an M1 rifle or pistol, the dimensions are preferably 60mm x 60mm. In any case, according to the invention, the size of the cleaning cloth or cleaning cloth contained in each sealed pocket can be varied to suit each part of the firearm to be cleaned. For example, a bag 10 for cleaning an M16 rifle includes a dry cloth and oil cloth measuring 30 mm x 30 mm for cleaning the muzzle, and a 60 mm x 60 mm bag for cleaning metal parts other than the muzzle. It is also possible to incorporate a cleaning dry cloth and a cleaning oil cloth of the size of . Next, how to use this embodiment will be explained. First, as shown in FIG. 4, one or more solvent-impregnated cleaning oil cloths 2 are removed by tearing one pocket, for example, the pocket 6, and are placed at the tip of a firearm cleaning rod. Attach it to the hole of
Elutes gunpowder and other residue adhering to the inner surface of the muzzle. Next, the other pocket 5 is cut open, one or more dry cloths are taken out, and the residue of gunpowder, etc., which is inside the muzzle and has been eluted by the solvent, is wiped off. Particularly in the case of shotguns, etc., before and after eluting gunpowder residue etc. with a cleaning oil cloth impregnated with a solvent as described above, a steel wire is attached to the firearm maintenance rod in order to remove lead residue from the inner surface of the muzzle. It is also possible to connect brushes together. In some cases, one or more cleaning oil cloths impregnated with lubricating oil stored in another pocket are taken out and the lubricating oil is applied to the inner surface of the muzzle for the purpose of preventing corrosion. Additionally, one or more cleaning cloths stored in other pockets may be removed and used to evenly spread lubricant on the inner surface of the muzzle or to remove residue, excess lubricant, etc. . <Effects of the invention> According to the invention, it is no longer necessary to soak the cleaning cloth in a solvent, lubricating oil, etc. stored in a separate container, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. Therefore, according to the present invention, the inconvenience, waste of time, waste of oil, etc., which are caused by the methods based on the prior art can be avoided. The attached Table 1 compares the average amount of care oil consumed per piece of care cloth in the case of the conventional method shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 and in the case of the present invention.
