歪の発生を抑えるための熱処理用治具に関するも

グマシンにセツトした後、被加工品を前記下型プ
レート4の所定位置に置いて、まず、上型Uでそ
の上面1dを押圧し、次に前記プランジヤPを上
昇させ、これにとりつけたプラグ2の外径部2a
を被加工品1の内径部1bに嵌合し、この状態で
上記の如く外周部1aを焼入れ(油焼入れ)する
