This is a carrier bar that transports objects to be processed by dripping as much of the processing liquid adhering to the objects into the processing tank as possible and preventing it from being carried into the next processing tank. .

When performing surface treatment by suspending a container-shaped object to be treated and moving it from one treatment tank to the next, when the object to be treated is taken out from the treatment tank, the liquid remaining in the object to be treated is removed from the next treatment tank. In order to avoid the risk of mixing with the processing liquid in the tank and changing the composition of the processing liquid, lift the object at an angle with the mouth facing downward.
In addition, when placing the workpiece into the next processing tank, place the workpiece into the processing solution with its mouth facing upwards, since air remaining in the workpiece will cause uneven surface treatment. Soaking is necessary.

For example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-28041, a push bar for holding the object to be processed is attached to a mounting bearing attached to a carrier bar so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction. It is known that an operating lever for rotating the push bar is provided at one end of the push bar, and when a predetermined process is completed, the push bar is rotated by the operating lever to hold the object to be processed in an inclined state.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 3, 1 is a carrier bar main body, with movable hooks 2, 2, long holes 2' at both ends,
2', and is horizontally supported so as to be movable up and down within the elongated holes 2', 2'. That is, the elongated holes 2', 2' are made longer by x than the length of the longitudinal section of the carrier bar body. The movable hooks 2, 2 each have a hanging hook 2a at their upper end, and movable bars 3, 3' are respectively attached to both sides of the lower end. Connecting hole 3
a... are each provided transparently. Further, the carrier bar main body 1 is provided with regulating members 4, 4 on the side surfaces thereof for holding the movable hooks 2, 2 in predetermined positions, and power feeding landing members 5, 5 on the lower surfaces of both ends.

In the front view of FIG. 4 and the side view of FIG. It is a hanging jig, which is removably fixed tightly with a screw 1a so as to surround the upper part of the carrier bar main body 1 with an inverted U-shaped hook formed at the upper end, and the lower part extends and immerses in the processing liquid. Immersed. Further, reference numeral 10a denotes a movable member for reversing the workpiece, which is inserted into a connecting hole 3a provided in one of the movable bars 3 with a bent portion at the upper end, and a jig 10 for hanging the workpiece at the bottom. They extend parallel to each other at appropriate intervals.

When the movable bar 3 is raised from the solid line position (when the power supply is placed on the tank) to the two-dot chain line position, the workpiece 11 is moved from the upward position to the downward position due to the reversal of the reversing rod 10b due to the operation of the link structure. When the movable bar 3 moves from the two-dot chain line position to the solid line position, the workpiece 11 naturally faces upward.
In other words, the carrier bar body is in an inverted state when it is lifted up and when it is lowered onto the processing tank. Although FIG. 4 shows only the upper two stages among the multiple stages, and shows the state in which two objects 11 are suspended from the carrier bar main body 1 and the movable bar 3, in reality, FIG. As shown, a large number of hanging jigs 10
The objects 11 to be processed are hung in parallel. When the floor is placed on the processing tank and power is being supplied, the movable hook 2 itself and the movable bar 3 are lowered to the solid line position in FIG. The top surface of the long hole 2' of the movable hook 2 rests on the top surface of the carrier bar body 1,
A gap of length x is formed below the elongated hole 2'.
Incidentally, although not shown, the position change for determining these two postures can be achieved by using not only gravity but also auxiliary power (for example, air or electromagnetic force). The carrier bar main body 1 is supported on a receiving member (not shown) disposed at the upper end of the corresponding processing tank via power supply landing members 5 at both ends, and includes all the objects to be processed 11 and a hanging jig 10, The entire load applied to the carrier bar main body 1 including the reversing movable member 10a etc. is stably placed and supported.

As the movable hook 2 rises, only the workpiece reversing movable member 10a moves upward together with the movable bar 3, so the reversing bar 10b pivoted at point 10' tilts downward, and therefore the workpiece 11 is in a downward draining position. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the other movable bar 3' is not used, that is, the hanging jig 10 is hooked onto the carrier bar body 1, and the reversing movable member 10a is attached to the movable bar 3. This represents the case where it is hooked only to

dを支点として上向きに反転した形状となる。 Next, in another embodiment shown in FIG.
1a is, for example, a flexible flat rectangular body that can be turned over from front to back. The jig 10 for hanging the workpiece is the same as that shown in FIG. 4 in that its upper hook-shaped part is attached to the carrier bar.
Each upper bent portion of the movable member 10a for reversing the workpiece is inserted into both movable bars 3, 3', respectively. The hanging jig 10 is provided with a guide member 10c extending from its upper part in the left and right horizontal directions, and the above-mentioned reversing movable members 10a and 10'a are installed in the horizontal guide member 10c and guide holes on both sides, respectively. It is inserted loosely.
Further, the hanging jig 10 is provided with a pair of support members 10d protruding from several positions below the guide member 10c and facing each other with an appropriate gap between them. Further, each reversing movable member 10a, 10'a is provided with a recessed part 10e, 10'e, respectively, at a position slightly below each supporting member 10d during power supply surface treatment, and the center part of the object 11a is It is held between the supporting members 10d, and both sides are formed by the recessed portions 10e and 10'.
e respectively, and the overall shape is directed downward. However, when the power supply surface treatment is completed and the movable transport hook 2 is pulled up to transport the workpiece 11a to the next tank, both movable bars 3, 3' are simultaneously regulated by the guide member 10c and move upward. Therefore, each workpiece 11a is supported by the support member 10.
The shape is reversed upward with d as the fulcrum.
