By the way, a storage box equipped with a means for arranging and holding the produced tube yarns in an orderly manner allows the tube yarns to be taken out one after another while they are lined up, but a storage box equipped with such a device is expensive and requires special equipment. It is not used often because it is necessary. A device has been developed and put into practical use in which the tube yarns are fed into a hopper in a free direction and are sequentially arranged and taken out. These take-out devices include those that have a vibrating conveyor connected to the bottom surface or the outer periphery of the tube yarn hopper and take out the tube yarns in a row aligned in the axial direction, or those that take out the tube yarns in a line on the bottom surface of the tube yarn hopper. There is a known device which is composed of an umbrella-shaped rotary disk and takes out the tube yarn from the outer circumferential side of the disk in alignment with the axial direction. However, these devices have the disadvantage that they are large in size, and because they move the yarn unnecessarily, the end yarns may be undone or the yarns may come into contact with each other, making removal difficult. Based on these considerations, the present applicant has previously developed and proposed a new pipe and yarn take-out device (Japanese Patent Application No. 196522-1982). This pipe yarn take-out device is composed of a wide belt conveyor with a pipe yarn holding hopper whose bottom surface is inclined, and the pipe yarn is taken out by a narrow belt conveyor installed in front of this wide conveyor. The driving direction of the conveyor belt is temporarily changed periodically or irregularly to sequentially send out the pipe threads while preventing the retained pipe threads from becoming in a crosslinked state. Although this take-out device has been well-received and is widely used, there have been cases where the pipe threads are cross-linked at the pipe exit portion of the pipe thread take-out conveyor, making the take-out process unsmooth. There was also a desire to raise the take-out position higher.

It is designed so that the thread can be taken out from the pipe.

A pipe and yarn transfer conveyor is divided into groups, and a pipe and yarn transfer conveyor is provided corresponding to one side of the inclined lower side of the inclined wide conveyor that constitutes the bottom surface of the tube and yarn storage hopper, and a rising conveyor with the same narrow width and inclined to one side is provided on the other side. A conveyor for taking out the pipe thread is configured, and only one pipe thread is loaded on this rising conveyor, and the excess pipe thread lying side by side is dropped again onto the wide conveyor side to avoid clogging of the pipe thread at the take-out port. It's something I lost.

Otherwise, one of the pipe threads loaded side by side falls onto the wide conveyor again, and on the rising conveyor, only one pipe thread is taken out in the axial direction, and the pipe thread at the exit section is removed. No more thread jams.

However, the drawings show an example of a specific implementation of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example, but can be applied to the purpose of the preceding and following. The same implementation is possible even if some of the configurations are changed. Fig. 1 is a partially cutaway front view of a pipe and yarn delivery device 1 to which the present invention is applied, Fig. 2 is a partially cutaway plan view, Fig. 3 is a right side view of Fig. 1, and Figs. 4 and 5.
The figure is a sectional view taken along the cutting lines - and - in FIG. 1 in the direction of the arrows. In these figures, the yarn feeding device 1 of the present invention is composed of a main body portion 2 and a hopper portion 3, which have a front wall 2a and a hopper portion 3, respectively.
3a, rear walls 2b, 3b, left side walls 2d, 3d, and right side walls 2c, 3c, and the hopper part 3 is shown assembled on the upper part of the main body part. However, the main body portion 2 and the hopper portion 3 may be constructed integrally, and the front and rear walls and both side walls may be constructed integrally, respectively, or may be formed from a frame and a wall plate attached thereto. A wide conveyor 6 that is inclined toward the front side is disposed inside the tube and yarn sending device 1 constructed as described above, extending across the main body portion 2 and the hopper portion 3. It is set up across the street. Further, on the lower front surface of the wide conveyor 6, there is provided a pipe delivery conveyor 7 having a narrow width approximately equal to the outer diameter of the processed pipe threads. The length of the conveyor 6 in the feeding direction is approximately three-fourths of the length of the wide conveyor 6. One side of the yarn transfer conveyor 7 (approximately one-fourth of the length of the wide conveyor 6)
An upright conveyor 8 is provided which has approximately the same width dimension as the transfer conveyor 7 and whose pipe and yarn conveying surface is inclined so as to approximately match the inclination of the wide conveyor 6. The top of the rising conveyor 8 corresponds to the yarn outlet 3e formed on the right side wall 3c of the hopper portion 3.

As shown in FIG. 4, the rising conveyor 8 is sloped along the guide plate 5 and is raised by removing a part of the guide plate 5 and the guide plate provided on the side wall 3c side. . The figure shows a configuration in which the wide conveyor 6 is passed around the driving roller 6a and the tension support roller 6b, and the pipe yarn delivery conveyor 7 is constructed by passing the drive roller 6a and the tension support roller 7b. The drive roller may be configured as a separately provided drive roller. Then, a wide conveyor 6 and a yarn transfer conveyor 7
can move as shown by the arrow in FIG. 2, and the rising conveyor 8 is driven only in one direction of the arrow. These driving direction changes are performed periodically or irregularly, and are appropriately performed by a yarn loading detection device (not shown). When the yarn transfer conveyor 7 is driven by another drive roller, it is driven only in the right direction of the arrow. These driving rollers and tension support rollers are each supported by a frame provided within the feeding device 1, and are driven by appropriate driving means. In the pipe yarn feeding device 1 of the present invention constructed as described above, the pipe yarns B randomly thrown and stored in the hopper portion 3 are as shown in FIG. 6 (plan view).
As the wide conveyor 6 is driven in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 2), the stacked items are moved in the inclined direction while being taken down. Then, the yarn carried on or placed on the yarn transfer conveyor 7 is moved in the axial direction and passed to the rising conveyor 8. However, since the rising conveyor 8 has a width that allows only one pipe yarn to be loaded and is provided along the guide plate 5, only one pipe yarn can be loaded, and the extra yarn that is to be loaded side by side is The pipe yarn falls from the conveyor 8 at the rising portion of the rising conveyor 8 and is returned to the wide conveyor 6 again. The tube yarns transported by the conveyor 8 are lined up in the axial direction and taken out as Ba from the takeout port 3e. Incidentally, this take-out port 3e is provided with a suitable conveying device or a chute to feed the yarn to the next processing device. Although not shown in the drawings, through holes are formed inside both side walls or both inclined guide plates 4 and 5, and a photoelectric type yarn presence detection device is installed oppositely to the wide conveyor 6 and the yarn transfer conveyor 7. The amount of piled up pipe yarns or the piled up crosslinks is detected, and the driving direction of these conveyors is changed. Also, the figure shows the wide conveyor 6 supported by drive rollers 6a and tension support rollers 6b provided on the left and right sides, but as shown in FIG. It may be constructed as a shaft, and in this case, the inclination of the wide conveyor 6 is made steeper, and the guide plate provided on the side wall 3c side is provided so as to cover the wide conveyor 6 up to the vicinity of the rising portion of the rising conveyor 8.

The pipe yarns mounted on the conveyor 7 are moved side by side in the axial direction by the drive of the hinge conveyor 7, and are passed to the rising conveyor 8. Since the rising conveyor 8 and the inclined guide plate 5 can only lift one pipe yarn, the pipe yarns that are lined up side by side or not along the axial direction fall back onto the wide conveyor 6 and are transferred to the transfer conveyor 7 again. By waiting for it to be loaded, a large number of tubes accommodated in the free direction can be taken out one after another in a line. In addition, since the stored pipe yarn is not rotated unnecessarily, there is little residual yarn tension, and it can be taken out smoothly.
