By the way, when storing the tube yarns in this storage box, an automatic tube changer equipped with a tube processing device can store the tube yarns in an orderly arrangement in the storage box, but it is not possible to manually change the tubes or to store the tube yarns in the storage box. In an automatic tube changing device that is not equipped with a yarn processing device, the doffed tube yarn is stored in a storage box in a disorderly manner. On the other hand, in order to automatically supply these stored pipe yarns to an automatic rewinding machine or processing device, it is necessary to take out the pipe yarns one by one, and as a means to do so, the pipe yarns in the storage box are fed into a hopper or the like and one by one they are taken out. A device for aligning and taking out the materials has been developed and put into practical use. These take-out devices include a vibrating conveyor connected to the bottom or outer periphery of the hopper to align the tubes in the axial direction and take them out in a row, or an umbrella-shaped rotating conveyor on the bottom of the hopper. There is known a device that is configured with a disk and in which the stored tube yarns are sequentially taken out from the outer circumferential side of the rotary disk while being aligned in the axial direction. However, it has been pointed out that these pipe removal devices have disadvantages such as being large-sized and increasing the installation area, or causing the pipe threads to move or roll unnecessarily, thereby causing the end threads of the pipe threads to be unraveled.

At the same time, the pipe threads are sequentially lined up in the axial direction and taken out by the narrow width conveyor for taking out the pipe threads at the lower part of the slope. By intermittently driving the conveyor in the opposite direction to the narrow conveyor or in the circumferential direction, the cross-linked state is broken and the pipe threads are sequentially taken out by the narrow conveyor.

The hopper portion 1b is formed by the side walls 4, 4a, the front wall 5a and the rear wall 5 with upper edges of approximately the same height,
A projecting wall 1c is erected on the upper part of the front wall 5a. Although this projecting wall 1c can be removed if necessary, it is effective for guiding the pipe yarn dropped from the overturning device 2b into the hopper as shown in FIG. An inclined plate 6 is provided on the inside of the front wall 5a, and a guide plate 7 is provided on the inside of the rear wall 5.
7a may be an auxiliary guide and may be omitted. The inclined plate 6 and the guide plate 7 are opened at their inner tip edges with a gap wider than the axial length of the yarn, and are inclined in the same direction as the inclined plate 6 so as to cover the opening. A double belt conveyor system will be installed. The double belt conveyor device has a wide conveyor 10 with a wide width on the upper side of the slope and a narrow conveyor 11 with a narrow width on the lower side of the slope. It is preferable that the width is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the tube. As shown in FIG. 5 (a partially enlarged view of FIG. 1) and FIG. The suspension pulleys 10b and 11b (FIG. 3) on the other side are also supported in the same way. And these pulleys 10a, 11a, 10b, 1
1b are shafts 14 supported by the brackets, respectively.
Driven pulleys, which are freely supported through ball bearings and integrally formed on both ends of drive pulleys 10a and 11a, are driven by belts 15 and 15a, and these belts 15 and 15a are shown in FIG. As shown, they are individually driven by motors 16 and 16a provided within the main body portion 1a. As shown in FIG. 2, the belts 10 and 11 are driven by driving the narrow conveyor belt 11 constantly or intermittently in the direction of the arrow D or C, so that the tube yarn is axially placed on the belt 11. When the narrow belt 11 moves in the direction of arrow C, the pipe yarn is transferred to a discharge conveyor 12, which will be described later. On the other hand, the wide conveyor belt 10 is constantly or intermittently driven in the direction of arrow A or B to break up the group of yarns.
The tube yarn is moved so as to be placed on the narrow belt 11.

The pipes try to fall to the double conveyor belt side, and the placed pipe threads are transferred from the outlet 4b to the discharge conveyor 12 by driving the narrow conveyor belt 11 in the direction of the arrow. Due to friction, it accompanies the take-out pipe thread, and as shown in the figure, it is directed toward the take-out port 4b side and becomes in a cross-linked state. However, above the narrow conveyor belt 11, the above-mentioned wide conveyor belt 10 is arranged at an angle, and in the cross-linked state, the swing plate 9a of the guide plate 9 operates the limit switch 18. As a result of the operation, the wide conveyor belt 10 moves backward in the direction of the arrow A in FIG. 2, breaking down the cross-linked tube yarn group and causing it to fall toward the narrow conveyor belt 11, as if the tube yarns were lined up on the narrow conveyor belt. Can be transferred. Then, the wide conveyor belt 10 is caused to move back in the B direction again at a certain time via a timer device. Furthermore, due to the crosslinking, the narrow conveyor belt 1
1 may be temporarily stopped or the wide conveyor belt 10 may be moved backward in the direction of arrow D. Regarding these drives, the narrow conveyor belt 11 may be driven intermittently or reversed depending on the amount of yarn to be processed and the type of yarn to be processed, or the reciprocating drive of the wide conveyor belt may be automatically suppressed by a programming device. You may. In the present invention, the bottom side of the pipe yarn storage hopper is constructed with the wide conveyor belt of the double conveyor device tilted in this manner and the narrow conveyor belt for taking out the pipe yarn, so that the crosslinking is performed when taking out the pipe yarn. It is possible to smoothly take out the tube thread in a single file without any trouble. The yarn discharged from the discharge conveyor 12 is conveyed by suitable conveying means to an alignment device or other processing device. Further, according to the present invention, the pipe take-out device can be made smaller and can be easily installed between existing machines, and since the pipe group is not rotated unnecessarily, the sagging of the thread ends can be reduced.
