Conventionally, it has been done using an auxiliary tool such as a can opener to open the package, but this is cumbersome, and most people now open the package without using the auxiliary tool such as a can opener. The use of plastic for the lid of the can-like container is also being promoted, but unlike metal cans, there are various difficulties in realizing this.

ている。 Conventionally, in order to open the lid, as shown in FIG. 7, a score of 3 was created by notching a plastic layer 2 on a resin base material 1 containing Al foil or the like with gas barrier properties. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8, the surface of the base material 1 is exposed to the outside at the score 3 formed on the plastic layer 2, and as shown in FIG. It is attached by thermal bonding to the body 4 of the plastic layer 2, the tab portion 5 on the plastic layer 2 is lifted, and an opening is opened along the score 3.

A gas barrier multilayer base material having at least a three-layer structure and having a bottom part, a rising part connected to the entire circumference of the upper surface side of the bottom of the lid body, and a flange part connected to all edges of the rising part and protruding outward. and a flange portion, a descending wall portion continuous to the entire inner periphery of the flange portion, a bottom portion connected to the lower peripheral edge of the descending wall portion and protruding inward to an appropriate width, and a peripheral edge of the bottom portion. An outer periphery made of synthetic resin having a protrusion projecting upward on the whole or part of the edge, a main body located within the outer periphery, and a peripheral end of the main body excluding the protruding tip. an inner peripheral part made of synthetic resin having a hook part formed over the whole or in parts; and an inner peripheral part made of synthetic resin, which is attached to the upper surface of the main body of the inner peripheral part, and when the lid is opened, the thrusting tip part can be opened. a tab portion that enables the lid to be opened; and the inner surface of the flange, and the lower surface of the main body of the inner peripheral portion and the upper surface of the bottom of the gas barrier multilayer base material are thermally joined at least at the outer peripheral edge of the inner peripheral portion. The can-like container lid is characterized in that the peripheral part and the outer peripheral part are not thermally bonded, and the hook part of the inner peripheral part is engaged with the projection part of the outer peripheral part.

る。 In the present invention, a bottom portion is provided to protrude into the cover body by an appropriate width and is connected to the lower peripheral edge of the descending wall portion of the outer peripheral portion made of synthetic resin. This width is made small so that the main body of the inner peripheral part made of synthetic resin, which will be described later, can be placed inside the protrusion of the outer peripheral part, which will be described below. In addition, as will be described later, the width is such that the hook portion of the inner circumferential portion can fit therein.

イージーオープン性が極めて良くなる。 When you lift up the tab attached to the top of the body on the inner periphery, the tip of the inner periphery only touches the protrusion on the outer periphery as described above, but is not welded (fixed) by heat. Therefore, the tip of the thrusting tip makes it easy to tear the gas barrier multilayer base material underneath, and after tearing, pull the tab toward the hand, as described above. Since the hook portion is only fitted into the groove and is not fixed by heat, the lid can be opened easily and its pullability is good, resulting in extremely good final easy-opening performance.

Since it is in contact without providing a tamper resistance, it prevents the score from being damaged or tampered with, unlike the conventional lid body with a score, which is advantageous in the logistics process. Functionality can also be improved.

管すれば済む。 In addition, the separated inner peripheral part (including the gas barrier multilayer base material thermally bonded to the bottom surface of the main body) can be simply sealed once again by fitting the hook part into the groove of the outer peripheral part again. This eliminates the need for conventional storage methods such as attaching a separately manufactured overcap or wrapping the product in a wrapper to cover an opened opening that cannot be closed again. All you have to do is put the lid back on at the inner periphery and store it in a refrigerator.

せる因ともなつている。 Furthermore, since the hook portion on the inner circumference is fitted into the groove on the outer circumference and is made immovable, it is possible to improve the strength of the can against dropping in a lateral direction or an oblique direction. Conventionally, with a lid body provided with a score, when the can is filled with contents and dropped, stress tends to concentrate on the score, causing the can to break. Not providing anything equivalent to the score is also a factor in improving the drop strength.

A groove cover part 80 is provided to protrude parallel to the upper surface of the tab part 5 to cover the groove 16 and prevent it from being exposed to the outside. Thereby, the tamper resistance function can be further improved. In such a case, since the bottom portion 13 of the outer peripheral portion 10 is configured to have a small width, the easy opening property is not hindered much.

On this, a synthetic resin is injected and an outer peripheral part 10 is laminated on the base material 1, as shown in the lower part of FIG. It can be obtained by attaching the tab portion 5 to the laminate by high frequency welding, and attaching this to the above-mentioned laminate by high frequency welding, but it can also be obtained by various other manufacturing methods.

Since it is not fixed, the thrusting tip 8 facilitates tearing the gas barrier multilayer base material 1 underneath, and after tearing, when the tab portion 5 is pulled toward the hand side, the hook portion 9 is released. Since the lid is only fitted in the groove 16 and is not fixed in the same way, the lid can be opened easily and has good pullability, resulting in extremely good final easy-opening performance.

is fitted into the groove 16 of the outer circumferential part 10, and these boundaries are covered with the hook part 9, and the protruding tip part 8 of the inner circumferential part 6 corresponds to the protrusion part 14 of the outer circumferential part 10 in the conventional score. Since they are in contact with each other without any gaps, unlike conventional lids with scores, it is possible to prevent the scores from being damaged or tampered with, which is advantageous in the logistics process, and also prevents tampering. Resistance function can also be improved. As shown in FIG. 5, by providing a groove covering portion 80 to cover the groove 16, the tamper resistance function can be further improved.

By fitting the book into the groove 16 of the outer periphery 10 again, the book can be opened and then sealed again, eliminating the need for a separate overcap or wrapping it in a plastic wrap as in the past. In the present invention, as described above, it is sufficient to cover the inner peripheral part 6 again and store it in a refrigerator or the like.

Since the can is fitted into the groove 16 of the outer circumferential portion 10 and does not move, it is possible to improve the strength against dropping the can when it is dropped horizontally or diagonally. Furthermore, with conventional lids provided with scores, when the can is filled with contents and dropped, stress tends to concentrate on the scores, causing the can to break. Not providing anything equivalent to the conventional score is also a factor in improving the drop strength.
