水抜栓を開閉するための上部把手を、軸桿に固定せず上下の方向に滑動するよ うにすれば、把手の手動回転による軸桿上端の昇降が容易に視認でき、開閉が確 認できる。

本考案の水抜栓は、その開閉を視認できるので、中途半端な開閉による漏水の 経済的損失を免れる。
