ンプクリーナの洗浄技術に係る、ヘツドランプク

にすると、ヘツドランプに当突することなく周囲
に飛散する洗浄水が生じて洗浄水の使用量が増大
し、洗浄効率が低下すると共に、中心部と外周部
で洗浄差が生じるという問題を有していた。

する嘴状に形成した噴水方向規制縁を両端部にお
いて連結した洗浄水噴射口を開口して成り、上記
噴水方向規制縁が水切縁と噴水角度を臨むように
傾斜した適宜開き角度を持つように構成したこと
を要旨とするものである。

口近傍の水圧が脈動するようになり、該洗浄水噴
射口から噴出する洗浄水は、洗浄水噴射口から放
出され急速に減圧されて水滴状化すると共に、円
弧状の水切縁と噴水方向規制縁で規制された噴射
方向に噴出し、ヘツドランプの前面に高速度で当
突する。このとき洗浄水噴射口を構成する嘴状の
噴水方向規制壁が洗浄水の噴射方向に延びてお
り、水切縁と所定の開口角度をもつて構成されて
いるため、上方斜向に噴出する洗浄水が該洗浄水
噴射口と対向した薄型幅広の超広角ヘツドランプ
面形状に噴射制御されると同時に、液滴の噴射密
度を制御して均一洗浄ができる。更に、水切縁の
内縁に内方に突出したビード突起を形成して渦流
形成腔部を構成しているため、渦流の発生を容易
にすることができる。

てノズル部材1の外径面より突出dした嘴状突起

と斜向αした噴水方向規制縁9を構成する。ま
