【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、圧縮空気源から圧縮空気動力型工具に圧縮空気を送るエアホースの 先端に取付けられるエアカプラに関する。
【０００２】
【従来技術およびその問題点】
一般的に、空気式釘打機のような圧縮空気動力型工具（以下、工具という）を 使用する作業中に、圧縮空気源から工具に圧縮空気を供給しているエアホースを 工具から外す場合がある。例えば、釘打機に連結釘を装填する場合には、作業者 は、釘打機の暴発を防ぐため、エアホースを釘打機から取外すように指導されて いる。また、作業の種類に応じて一の工具を他の工具に交換する場合にも、上記 一の工具からエアホースを取外さなければならない。
【０００３】 特に、作業者が建築現場の高所（例えば、足場の上）で工具を使用して作業し ているときは、工具には、地表に置かれた圧縮空気源からエアホースを介して圧 縮空気が供給されている。作業者がエアホースを工具から取外したとき、エアホ ースを引掛ける場所がなく、しかも、両手が必要なこともあるので、エアホース を手に保持することが困難であり、そのため、エアホースが地表まで落ちてしま うことがある。このときは、落下したエアホースを、再度、地表から引上げなけ ればならないので、高所での作業の能率が極めて低下する。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案の目的は、工具に接続したままで、または、工具から取外したエアホー スを作業者の腰ベルトに掛止しうるエアカプラを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、エアカプラが作業者の腰ベルトに対して引掛けおよび離脱自在なベ ルトフックを有することを特徴とする。

【考案の作用・効果】
本考案によれば、エアカプラがベルトフックを有しているので、工具から取外 されたエアホースを一時的に確実に、かつ、安全に作業者の腰ベルトに引掛ける ことができる。

【実施例】
以下、本考案の好適な実施例について添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図 １に示されているように、エアホース用エアカプラ１は、１枚の板金を階段状に 折曲して形成されたベルトフック２有する。ベルトフック２は、水平なカプラ掛 止部３と、カプラ掛止部３の一端からカプラ掛止部３に対して垂直下方に延びた 第１フック部４と、カプラ掛止部３の他端からカプラ掛止部３に対して垂直方向 に延びた第２フック部５とから成る。エアカプラ１は、カプラ掛止部３に垂直に 固定されている。したがって、エアホース６は、カプラ掛止部３から下方へ第１ フック部４とほぼ平行に延びる。
【０００８】 エアカプラ１が工具から取外されているときは、作業者は、第１フック部４を 腰ベルトに上方から引掛ければ、簡単、かつ、確実にエアカプラ１を体の一部に 保持しうる。この場合、作業者は、エアカプラ１を下向きにして、第２フック部 ５を腰ベルトの上方から引掛けてもよい。
【０００９】 エアカプラ１が工具に接続されているときは、作業者は、工具を第２フック部 ５を腰ベルトの上方から引掛ける。
【００１０】 図２は、本考案の第２の実施例を示す。ベルトフック７は、Ｌ字形のカプラ掛 止部８を有し、カプラ掛止部８の水平部８ａにカプラ掛止部８に対して垂直に固 定されている。カプラ掛止部８の立上り部８ｂに、バー状フック部９が緩め自在 の固定具（例えば、ボルトおよびナット）１０によって取付けられている。フッ ク部９は、図２の実線で示されているように、エアホース６と同一側で平行に延 びるように設定され固定されるか、または、固定具１０を緩めた後、１８０゜回 転し、図２の仮想線で示されているように、エアカプラ１と同一側で平行に延び るように設定され固定される。これによって、作業者は、エアカプラ１が工具に 接続されているときは、仮想線位置のフック部９を、工具から取外されていると きは、実線位置または仮想線位置のフック部９を、簡単、かつ、確実に腰ベルト に上方から引掛けうる。
